Harrison is the beat. He took his time with a phone consult as well as when I arrived all the while fancy footing through the store to help other during their morning rush. Never ever would I have imagined shopping for paint be so awesome.

I went to 2 SW locations that day and got such good service at both. At the Midlothian/Providence Road store, Hilary was phenomenal at helping me pick the right color for my porch. Her store didn’t have the other item I needed (exterior trim in white) in stock, so she looked in the system to let me know the closest stores that had it and explained exactly where the Chippenham store was. When I got to the Chippenham store, the man that helped me there called Hilary to get my account number (she had just set me up in the system and it wasn’t showing up yet). They both were so much more helpful than anyone I’ve encountered at the Benjamin Moore store I normally go to. I will never go to Benjamin Moore for paint or supplies again.

Staff was very helpful at this location. We were sent to this one from a different location and we are glad. The staff was very helpful and they seemed to know what they were doing and talking about. I will definitely will keep coming back for my future needs.

Convenience location; great customer service and best paint and accesories. I used to used for my business and now for my home. The staff expertice and advices together with the quality of the paint is worth the price
