Just became a T-Mobile customer. Have had great customer service so far, first with De'Zaun to set me up with my plan, and then with Alex and Tyler (?) to help me make sense of my plan after the initial amount was more than I thought it should be. They went the extra mile to help understand and explain my bill. So glad I switched from Verizon. Better perks, better customer service, better rates. Thanks!

It is a great experience being greeted by all the employees when I enter T-Mobile store. All the support setting up our new phones is first rate.

Dominic and Scott and really, all the folks in this store are simply outstanding—they really know their stuff. Especially if you are looking to transfer from sprint to Tmobile,at this time of the biz merger, they are up to speed on the ins-and-outs of setting up the accounts. Trust me they just smoke the other stores in the vicinity. 6 stars out of 5.

After being with AT&T for 20 years, I made a long anticipated leap to T-Mobile for my kids lines. Their plans and promotions are very attractive. The service coverage is great, and the customer service in the Sherwood store is by far the best experience I've had anywhere! Mike Day and Christina Hansen are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. It's worth talking to them about your wireless phone needs just as I have, so happy to be making this positive change!

This was one of the best if not the best retail experience I have ever had especially with a cell phone service provider. I called the store explained my situation with a somewhat MLM phone service that charges more for the same service. Joshua My new go to person for anything mobile knew exactly what I needed. I went to the store and was not disappointed at all, I was met with the same professionalism by the other staff members while I waited for Joshua to finish with some other customers. Once finished he immediately starting working on my four phones, switched numbers over, and made the experience completely painless. I highly recommend the T-mobile Sherwood store and Joshua. Thank you for such an outstanding experience.

Kudos to Jason! He did an excellent job resolving a problem we had with a prepaid plan - from 1200 miles away! :-) He arranged it so that we could go to a local T-Mobile branch in Yuma, AZ, and everything was dealt with quickly and efficiently. My wife and I are very pleased with his service!

Just made the switch from Verizon (12 year customer) to T-Mobile yesterday, after stopping by to see if I could save money by doing so. I am now paying 40% less with unlimited data to boot! The customer service is awesome at this store, and the switch was easy. I highly recommend stopping in.

Needed help with getting a new phone. I am basically clueless. Sherwood T-MOBILE store was the closest to my house from Newberg so I headed there hoping they could help. Wow! Did they ever. Michael is the guy who waited on me and walked me through the whole thing. My husband and I are Seniors and have been with T Mobile for years and now I remember why. The 2 guys that work there were thourough and professional. I left with a new phone and did not need to ask the kids or grandkids to help me when I got home. They set up and transfered everything for me and walked me through all my features. Thank you Michael at Sherwood T-MOBILE. Excellent customer service

Excellent service by someone who knew what he was doing! After three other stores (2 other T-Mobile stores) I thought I was asking the impossible to have my smartwatch activated. Miguel had no problem with it and it didn't even take long! My smartwatch works perfectly. Thank you Miguel!

Everyone at this location is so helpful, even though I live in the Hillsboro area I chose to drive out to Sherwood as I previously had a bad experience in Aloha. The manager Brando and his staff are very knowledgeable and I can tell their main focus is excellent customer service ! Good job guys I’ll definitely be sending friends and fam your way.

Went in for a SIM replacement, R15 one for 5G. Free and was out in less than 5 minutes. My go to store for the last few years.
