If you want the best service at the Forest Hill Kohl’s store 1330, I advise you to go to the upstairs registers to check out your goods.
Donna D, upstairs, in particular, because she was extremely helpful, courteous, patient, thoughtful, and friendly. She is the kind of person whom you want on your team. She’s a keeper!
(Downstairs cashiers were neither friendly or helpful, sadly.)

Nice new Sephora shop inside. Super friendly service. Kids love the escalator and elevator! Very, clean and organized. Returns are as cinch, located upstairs. This is our favorite Kohl's, we highly recommend.

Very helpful employees with showing me where the items I was looking for were located. My cashier was extremely friendly and that makes my shopping experience so much more enjoyable😘

This store was very clean and well organized. Every staff member was courteous and friendly.
My only complaint is that the clothing selection was minimal in the toddler section. Too many tops with logos or other designs. There was very little choice for just plain colors.

I almost always find something here from infants to plus sizes, or housewares to luggage. The ability to stack coupons, Kohls Cash, and the fantastic return policy keeps bringing me back.

I made my first online pickup order and it was so easy! Two associates were more than happy to walk me through the process and I was in and out! I even found an extra item that was on sale. I will definitely order this way again.

Love Kohl’s was definitely disappointing to find out that the coupon did not work on the two pairs of shoes I bought for my husband

As a lady who loves to shop, Kohl's is one of my absolute favorite stores! Not only do they have a fantastic selection of clothing, accessories, and home goods, but the prices are always affordable, making it easy to find great deals on the items I love.

One of the things I appreciate most about this Kohl's is the variety of sizes they offer. As someone who doesn't always fit into standard sizing, it's refreshing to find a store that caters to a diverse range of body types and shapes.

The staff at Kohl's is also incredibly helpful and friendly, always ready to assist me with any questions or concerns I may have. And I love that they offer a rewards program that allows me to earn points and save money on future purchases.

Best Kohl's store in the Baltimore area. It is two floors. Very well organized, easy to find everything. Somehow it just seems so much nicer and spread out. This review still stands in 2023!
