Wow this store is beautiful inside since it has been redone. This store is laid out really well with spacious aisles that are clearly marked.

The produce, bakery and deli departments have extraordinary selections with decent prices. The service in each department is extraordinary as well.

Checkout was a breeze and the cashier very friendly and courteous.

My only complaint is the parking lot which can get tricky to navigate.

Great deal on Chicken Breasts. Nice vegetables. Large store with good overall selection. Reasonable prices, especially when you sign up for the store card program.

Beautiful store and lots of great options. Great seafood selection as well. Joseph in seafood was very helpful my last visit. I was unsure about my selection and he helped me narrow it down to what I was looking for! Overall wonderful store and great service.

I came in contact with 2 different male stockers and asked if they had anymore diet cokes that were on sale. Each shrugged their shoulders and continued doing what they were doing. I went to the front counter and asked and they gave me a rain check. I forgot one of the items I needed and while near the rear of the store I saw an older gentleman in a purple shoprite shirt and asked him when they would be getting more diet coke
. He said they are unloading a truck now let me see if any diet coke is on that truck. I waited several minutes and he came back with a flat cart loaded with diet coke and asked how many I wanted. He loaded 6 packs in my cat and said I will put the rest of these where they belong. Well done and I was a very happy customer. That is called excellent customer service. I will be back, to stop another day

This is by far the best Shop Rite extremely clean fully stocked shelves something you definitely don't get a festival or Main Street. The produce is always top notch, Meat Dept is always stocked and everything is fresh, Seafood Dept is very clean and everything looks great, The employees almost always have a great attitude and there's always some one around to help when needed. I admit it's just a tiny bit out of the way but it's more than worth the ten min drive to shop here!!!

My boyfriend and I frequently shop here, Debbie is there a lot of the time and she is so patient and helpful! We had to put in a good word for her because she has helped us many times and she’s such a pleasant person to talk to and see! We always look forward to seeing her. Love food. This place has so much food. You can't go wrong if you're looking for good food. But don't go down the candy aisle, that stuff ain't good for you and stay away from high fructose corn syrup!

This store is honestly really good, they have good employees and good customer service. Really its a good place for cheap prices and to help out a small Maryland business, although this Klein's merged with ShopRite. This location is also especially nice due to the recent renovations and the parking lot isn't a pain to get in and out (although I do wish there was a light pulling out). Overall great management and very nice employees and staff.

I must say I love this store I drive a half an hour to get here when my local store is only 8 minutes up the street I always find what I'm looking for and the prices are also very reasonable I usually go about once a month and have a very large order check out is smooth and cashiers are always friendly

Wonderful staff. Very helpful with a smile. Manager very pleasant and helpful. Produce very good as well as other products in the aisles. Try to keep them well stocked. Been shopping there for 35 years or more. My favorite!!!

Friendly staff, clean store with large assortment of products (including items from small local businesses) at reasonable prices.

Ever since they remodeled, it looks stunning! I have always had great service there and everyone has always been very friendly. This is my store of choice in the area.

Not only do they have a plethora of groceries and home supplies but their customer service is amazing. I lost my wallet and they went above and beyond to help me find it. I was there between 1230pm to a little after 1pm、and the cashier who checked me out was an older woman - sweet as could be. She asked if I had a card and I said no and in about 5 minutes your head cashier woman had me signed up with a card and I was able to get the savings. The gentleman gathering carts around that time searched the cars for my wallet and was a huge help. All in all I had a great experience. The store manager was very kind and I could tell he genuinely felt for me when I spoke with him about my wallet. I'm so thankful to your staff! Oh and I dont want to forget the employees who helped me make my way around the store. I would love it if you could reward this location and its employees. If not please let me know how I can! Thank you so much to the Forest Hill location、you've gained a shopper for life、and I live 30 minutes away! Please check to see who the people who were at the end of their first shift and the manager and woman at customer service. I checked out at lane 3 close to 130 PM I believe. Thank you again and I hope other shoppers feel the same way!

(Formerly known as Klein's) I would recommend this grocery store to anyone in the area. It's so close to so many neighborhoods and the prices are fair. (More fair than the competing grocery store down the street a bit 😉). I also hear that their coupon offers can't be beat... They offer plenty of the items that most all grocery stores offer. I give them 5 stars for the friendliness of MOST of the staff, and for the layout of the store, which makes it fairly easy to find what you're looking for.

It has always been a well organized and very clean store. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. The store is great however I do not recommend the pharmacy. I personally feel the staff in the pharmacy are not professional or as friendly. They have trouble keeping personal information and conversations private and confidential!

Omg!!! I love shop rites in general but this shop rite was amazing!!!!! It's a totally different feel to it then the one in the festival. Their deli is very impressive and this nice lady helped me put my order in. I can't wait to try the shrimp salad and chicken salad I got. The cashier lady wasn't the most nicest lady but I chalked it up to her being tired or judgy. I totally recommend this grocery store and if your not amazed at the sheer capacity of this store then I drone know what to tell you. It impressed me.

I have a long history of working with the caring staff here, under the good direction of Cynthia Hull, Pharmacy Manager and Butch Henderson, Pharmacy Director. They are SO DEDICATED to the patients they serve, that I not only handed my elderly mother's entire pharmaceutical care to them for management, but I kept it with them even when she moved into esteemed elder care facilities with pharmacy management services of their own. My experience showed that the comfort, safety, convenience and economic impact of my mother as "their" patient was top-notch and personalized like only a community pharmacy can provide. I can't say enough about the premier customer service and peace of mind provided by this rare pharmacy staff. Send your friends and family - you'll be glad you did.

This place has come leaps and bounds above what it used to be. They recently remodeled and it's obvious they put a ton of money into the project. The drop ceiling in the produce department is gone and it's much more enjoyable to shop. They still have some ways to go to compete in their meat department compared to other stores but this is an excellent grocery store that has tons of lanes open whenever I go. Top notch for the area for sure.

Was in the area and needed some groceries on the way home and what a pleasant surprise. Great selection of true local produce. A fudge shop which was amazing and even sushi! Had more of a moms or a really high end organic grocery market feel and the staff were all so super friendly/engaging. Great place to get your groceries!
