Starbucks

Everyone here is always so nice. They're amazingly efficient. Even when they're system has hiccups (such as cash only or a machine is broken) they are up front about it, patient, and understanding.

I visit this Starbucks often. Great staff.

Awesome drinks. Supper friendly and patient staff. Nice location, very clean inside.

This place is usually quite busy in the morning. I like to go closer to lunchtime. They have all the usual drinks and food items. You can get through the line quickly. I went on a friday afternoon and the line moved quickly. Parking can sometimes be a little tough but they have a drive through so it is no problem

Nice people, good service. Not too crowded, except the drive thru, which I’ve never tried because the line is always long.
Sometimes they forget to turn on their “order ahead” service, so if you don’t see it, that’s probably the case.

Quick service at the drive-thru. Although Cascara topping was still offered on the online menu, it wasn't available. So, they switched up my topping for me without any issues. Pleasant server at the window.

I suffer greatly with mental illness. But there is a person who works here that is better to me than any medication I have ever been prescribed. I am joyful knowing this human simply exists in my timezone. I only pop in from time to time but there they are with what I know is a giant smile under that mask. Thank you to the young African American person with the shaved head in the drive thru. You never know when you might be saving someone’s life with simple kindness.

This store has some nice open space. It is a great spot to get some work done, if you can get a table. They are usually busy but are able to get your drinks to you quickly. This is my preferred store in the area now that the Barnes and Noble Statbucks closed down.

Quick and so friendly! The young man in the drive thru window was so personable and kind, I'm kicking myself for not catching his name . But I would say this SB location is one of my tops in harco.

Great service, friendly staff, large open space, clean restrooms, and good Wi-Fi speed. You can't ask for a better Starbucks. The only problem I have here is the annoying flies, I hope management can do something about these pests.

It would be even better if this location can stay open until 11pm.

I visit this coffee shop often and absolutely love it. Everyone is so kind and helpful. There is great outdoor seating as well. Really enjoy my experiences here.

We come to this Starbucks everyday! T is amazing she is always so friendly and happy no matter what! Every Starbucks needs a T! It’s a great way to start your morning!!

julia!!!!!! she was absolutely amazing! there was a little bit of a wait (no biggie) but julia was awesome, we made easy conversation, she was the sweetest girl ever and made my day 100 times better!!

There pretty consistent making good drinks, only a handful of times have my drinks been undrinkable but they made it right. Love the employees, Great people 👍☕😁

Staff was very nice and knowledgeable. I ordered a Gingerbread latte and the barista helpfully recommended to try it with Blonde Espresso. Tastes great, will come back.

I had a great experience! The barista was very kind and had a great attitude despite of there being a long line and I having a slightly large order.

This is my favorite Starbucks in the Bel Air area... it's big, they have nitro cold brew, lots of outdoor tables and hopefully soon the Chipotle next to them will also be open... a great duo.

T was so friendly! She made our drinks, gave suggestions about the new Fall items, and prepared our food order- the coffee tasted amazing! Thanks, T!

The staff at this location are really professional. They care a lot and take the time to make sure you are happy with your order.
