We love this Advance Auto Parts store. My husband comes here all the time. And the employee named Keith just installed my wipers in the rain, as my old one was coming a part during a storm. I so appreciate it, very nice, they were all smiling and friendly employees 5 stars!

Keith did wonderful. Me and my family were stuck after having a coolant leak, and they provided us with all of the resources they had! They were extremely helpful they went above and beyond! So glad we stopped here ! Thank yall!

Love this place!! My car literally died in their parking lot. William W helped me every step of the way with parts, towing, and who to take my car to. So glad for the knowledge he had to help me with the process. HUGE Thank You!!

I came by to have my battery tested. Wouldn’t even start that time. Mario was very kind and more than willing to go above and beyond to get me set up with not only a new battery, but installed it also quick and efficiently. He was a life saver and should be considered a valued employee. Advanced is very lucky to have him!

Mr. Keith was very patient and he treated me like he knew me! Because of where the store was to my house, I went to all the other auto parts stores that were closest to me! All the other stores did not take the time to even look to see if they could order it! Mr. Keith went over and beyond for me and I will come to store #06060 from now on for whatever I need!

Was on my way to Waycross Ga and my truck stopped running when I stopped to get gas in Commerce. I barely managed to get it cranked back up and entered Advanced Auto in my GPS. It took me to this Advanced Auto at 543 Elm St. Commerce and that's when I met Keith. It was already almost closing time so I was worried that I was going to be sleeping in my truck until I got help. Keith went far out to help me not even thinking about what time it was. We figured out it was my alternator and Keith hooked me right up with a new alternator and even let me use the tools I needed to get the job done. I made it back to Waycross and to my family safe and sound thanks to Advance Auto & Keith. This is the best experience I ever had with a auto parts store. Very professional and helpful service. Came in for a battery and alternator check and rich acted quickly and the kindness was outstanding he was so Professional and Knowledgeable,he done everything possible to give me all the help I needed...would recommend him to anyone that needs help,HE NEEDS A RAISE!!!!

Was just after a couple quarts of oil but they shared a funnel and let me know. I could clean up in the bathroom when I was done super nice people.

All the staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable! I ordered online and picked up in store in just a few short minutes, I even got somebody to help take all of my items out to my car for me. It was definitely a top-notch experience for ordering parts and I appreciated their attention to detail.

I purchased a battery on Saturday from another Advanced Auto parts. I was having issues with the new battery. I drove to the Commerce site, they looked at my car, discovered the issue, replaced a part and would not charge me. They said the other store should have discovered the issue. I could have been stranded on the interstate or a backroad with no cell signal. These people are great.

These guys are knowledgeable and quick to help, they actually care about their customers.
