Fantastic experience! Purchased windshield wipers and they were nice enough to put them on for me. Unbelievably fast- total time 8 minutes. The representative was extremely knowledgeable and she was kind enough to answer general automotive questions, while she worked. Total cost approximately $28.
I wish I could give her more than 5 stars.

Jonathan & Mary at the Commerce, GA location were awesome!!! They helped me with a headlight problem and they were determined that we were going to get it done. They worked together to solve the issue and they did it all with a smile. I can’t thank Jonathan & Mary enough for their help!

This morning I came in and I needed help big time and both the gentleman that where working went out there way to ensure I hand everything I needed and that they where here to assist me in anyway I needed. Grateful for their expertise.

We really appreciated the help that both the daytime & nighttime managers gave us while we were in need. We were only passing through Commerce trying to get our family home from a long trip when our vehicle gave us warnings that our alternator was going out. These helpful employees gave my husband the tools he needed so he could replace our alternator there & within an hour, we were able to get back on the road.

Very friendly. I got a belt here and it was the wrong size. I brought it back the next day and my exchange was no problem.

Employee very helpful @ closing time in what I consider emergency situation. I had no taillights on motorcycle. Lifesavers. Recommend.

Hadden was awesome! My husband and I I went to Auto Zone for a wind shield wiper, it was pouring raining and as I was sitting in the car and saw Mr.Hadden come out and check measurements of wipers then went back in and came back to replace our wipers keep in mind its pouring raining! I had to take a moment to thank him for his amazing customer service and being kind. It truly made our day! If more people was kind like Mr.Hadden the world would be in a much better place!

Auto Zone was great. I needed a new battery. And Jeremy waited on me and he was very professional. They were very busy and he apologized for it taking so long and it didn't seem to be very long. He came out and put the battery in and it didn't take long at all. And I was on my way. I highly recommend Auto Zone for any automotive service. Manager Austin was also very professional and nice. I will definitely be going back.

Excellent, customer-focused service can be a roll of the dice at AutoZone, but in my personal experience, this location is the best I've seen!

I had ordered a fender liner replacement part from a body shop which gave me no advice on how to install it besides "buy some 'push pins.'" Thankfully, Jeremy at the Commerce AutoZone saved the day, knew exactly what I needed as well as what size, and walked me through the dirty work of installing the fender liner, at least half of which he did himself with 110% effort. To top it all off, the only other employee I interacted with in the AutoZone had a warm voice and a genuine smile.

What a positive, productive experience, and what a relief!

Robby went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. Great customer is hard to come by. I hope this place know what they have and shows appreciation to this general man!

This is by far one of the kindest and most empathetic team of employees. From being patient and understanding and trying to problem solve when you are stranded this team went above and beyond. Even stayed open an extra minute to get a part we needed after we called and asked politely. Jeremy is a true car parts guy and understands that sometimes when you walk in into a parts store you really need help and he really went above and beyond to ensure he did what he could to help resolved the problem…even when it was a weekend and very complex!!!

Kind and helpful staff

Rob the service manager was amazing! I just got off work and my car was dead,I got a jump start and most places were closed Auto Zone was open!!! They were short staffed but Rob actually installed my battery for me. He saved the day for me! He was so polite and efficient.

I moved out to the Madison County area 2 years ago and have never in my 51yrs gotten such friendly & respectful service from an auto parts center. Being a woman its sometimes almost impossible to not get talked down to in certain establishments, I appreciate your whole staff treating me with respect and very knowledgeable about every product. If I moved out of the area I would make a special trip to buy my products with you.
