Taco Bell

Obviously, Taco Bell is not a five-star restaurant. BUT....The evening I went to the drive-thru, there were multiple cars in line, and the line was moving slowly. I got to the window and realized that the young lady who took my order and who was going to take my money was also working the counter inside and busting her butt like nobody I've seen in a long time. I thought this place deserves five stars based on this gal doing everything in her power to keep things rolling. Obviously, good help is hard to find these days, and there's a supply issue of workers, but this young lady was making it happen. Also, whoever made the burrito did a great job as well; it tasted delicious, and so I'm giving the experience five stars in spite of the wait.

The guy at drive thru was real rude. I ask for 5 mild sauce while placing order. I got up to window I ask if he put my sauce in bag . He through bag at me said it's in bag. They were 2 in bag I'll not go back again

Stopped in while traveling day before Mother's Day. Very impressed with the accuracy, speed & fresh taste of order. Friendly staff & excellent customer service. Very refreshing! Simplicity of kiosk ordering set up was a bonus. Lobby was clean. Will definitely be a regular stop when traveling that area. Thank you for a nice experience! :)

Toco Bell is great when it comes to fast American Mexican. It's not true Mexican but a good change. This particular restaurant is always busy, especially the drive-thru, but the food is fresh and good.

Our visit took a lot longer than expected, however, the girl working the window was so nice and was extremely calm considering being understaffed and dealing with a multitude of customers. We had a huge order (we have 5 kids) and everything was correct - nothing was missing (not even sauces). Give this girl and her kitchen co-workers a raise. Seriously. We visited around 8:00pm on 4/3.

I ordered the crunch wrap supreme with chicken, combo. Everything was fresh. The man working the drive-thru was smooth and pleasant.

Our local Taco Bell is amazing! Every time I hit the drive thru I get exactly what I ordered and the staff is super helpful. Keep up the good work...👏👏👏

Always have the best service here. This place runs still even if it’s one person. The food is always good too. The other Taco Bell’s need to step it up their level!

Food was as ordered and friendly fast service

I eat here for breakfast and sometimes lunch on Thursday, Friday and Saturday, and have never had a bad experience!! Friendly staff and hot food!!

They try so hard at this Taco Bell, some people don’t understand, how door dash thinks they work there and customers just do not get it, I’m sure they would call in more workers if there were any to call in, y’all really should cut them some slack they cannot control the situation when fifteen customers in a row order 40 +items, so your 9 dollar order gets lost in translation for a min! They are doing the best that they can!

Nacho box which includes lg drink for $5 is a great deal large amr of nachos..

Went late and was limited on meat, had no problem with that. The girl at the window was very nice, and apologized several times. I will go back, and recommend this place.

We showed up around 7-7:30 or so. Dinner rush, the Zaxbys was packed but Taco Bell was quick and efficient. Ladies working the window were polite and the food was hot and fresh! Pleasantly surprised by Taco Bell!

Typical Taco Bell. Near tons of other restaurants so if you are driving with a picky crowd you could easily find them something else. Almost any fast food you could think of is right in this strip. This Taco Bell is near fuel also.

I stopped by two nights ago right before they were closing, and the lady manager was so nice to me as well as the rest of the staff. My orders taste so fresh and I was very much so pleased by the accuracy and courtesy from the entire staff. By far the best restaurant in Commerce especially with the hospitality. Thank you guys so much

I love this Taco Bell. The employees are so nice. I come at least once a week. And my food is always great. They always make my night. I love you Commerce Taco Bell.

I do wish it was better news ,iv gone to this place now over 5 years and every time the same (good ) UT not this time and I must say it was the worst tasting food iv every had ,it was so bad one but and I throw all out the window.

Always enjoy eating here and still do at times hwy 441was on point with my order and it was great service to us
