Big Lots

Bought a good quality chair, fair price for new, sturdy and comfy, plus size family so our furniture needs to mean business 😆.

Want this.. it is really nice to see the decor always changing in the store from home decorations all the way to buying furniture to garden supplies just a variety at great prices

Always friendly people the managers are very personal I've never been in a Big lots that I didn't feel like I was visiting a friend.

I needed a mini cupcake pan, Big Lots had it at a good price. Good place to shop for those last minute items.

Big Lots compared to others, is the neatest store with friendly staff. I go often!!

Who doesn't love a Big Lots store? Bargains, bargains, bargains!! You need to get them when you see them because chances are you won't see it again. Staff is super friendly.

Honestly I try to stay out of Big Lots. So much tempting stuff. Always something interesting to try. Good deals, but if you are date leery some of the stuff is close to best by dates. I have no issues with best buy dates. If you are looking for holiday stuff, go well in advance of whatever holiday you are shopping for.

Otherwise this one seems to be pretty well stocked. Easy to get in and out of the parking lot too.

It's always a friendly and helpful atmosphere . Lots of respect for kindness.

We always love visiting this location. Today (10/22/22) we felt like there was extra customer service. One of the staff members saw we may have needed a cart while we were at the back of the store and offered one to us. We also needed help to find something in inventory and were able to receive help quickly and efficiently. Lots of great items are out for Christmas already and there were a decent amount of items on sale as well.

Made an order online for store pick up and "decided to call, just to double check if the items were in stock too"... The associates at the phone were really friendly and patience with me at all times during our conversation and when the moment to pick up my items Cames in the day after early morning, the 2 associates at the register where really nice and friendly and helpful too. My daughter and I really enjoyed all the process. Thank you for making the experience a breeze! Keep up with the awesome job! Definitely recommend this store 100%!

I am not a fan of Big Lots but this location deserves 5 stars for it's workers, at least. The cashier I had was very efficient and recognized I was uncomfortable. She gave me discounts at the register that she didn't have to do and saved me $10. That certainly helped because, from what I can tell, these stores play A LOT of games with the pricing. First, there's a store discount card, so there's two prices for the majority of items. Then there's poorly worded deals with poorly marked prices...for instance "all candles $7.99 are $4.99 with card" then there's a row of candles with no price tags. There are many examples throughout the store where prices aren't displayed and can't be found on the item and when like items are found that do have prices, those prices aren't competitive...I came in with a list of stuff I needed and left with only 2 items because it was just too frustrating...Of note, the way the check out is configured makes me feel claustrophobic. Customers are herded into a line that they can't get out of...shelving with impulse buy items on both sides of us and the corridor is about 20 feet, maybe a little less. It might even be a fire code issue as you can not freely escape the line when there are customers in front and behind you. All of this made me stressed but, again, the cashier was so awesome.

This store is full of great buys. I have been a Big Lots customer for many years in Tampa. I moved to Zephyrhills and was happy to find a Big Lots store about a mile away from my new place. This store is very clean and the employees are friendly and very knowledgeable. I was browsing in the furniture department and was surprised by the great selection and good prices. After a few minutes of browsing I was approached by an employee who welcomed me to the store and asked if I needed help. He let me know that they could order something if I didn't see it on the floor, and they offer delivery. The store has recently undergone a floor plan change. It is a lot easier to find things in the store and seems to be more open while having more stock available. While their stock does change, I have several go-to products that are staples on their shelves. I can always find what I need at this store!

Was very surprised when my wife suggested I might find exercise mats I couldn't find anywhere else in Zephyrhills. I went along with her suggestion just knowing that there was no way I would find the ones I wanted. As we approached the first aisle, I noticed some athletic equipment. As I turned the corner much to my surprise THE EXACT MATS I WANTED!!!! Still can't believe it! And half the price of Amazon. It just showed me really how smart my wife really is!!

My better half loves to shop here. Clean store, and not so large that you would need hiking gear to get through it Lol.
