We asked for help, and the associate was very helpful in finding what we needed. The checkouts are all self checkout now. Someone stands there in case you need help.

Ordered some storm doors from the woodwork department. The guys there were great. Got to the installation. Oh MY!! The 2 guys that came out were AWESOME!! You can tell they took pride in their work. My front door was a pain but they took their time to get it just right. Thanks Dan (installer) and husband partner. Sorry I didn't get his name. I am very pleased with them.

I frequent Z-Hills on a regular basis. This was my first occasion at this location. I had a return from my local Plant City store and needed an out of stock item. I placed the order online, arrived and left in under 8 minutes. I was in complete awe as that would be a packed lunch event at my local store. I was attended to by 2 associate's that were fast, friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed. For the sake of a few miles; this is my go to Lowe's.

Great staff that goes out of their way to help you find everything you need for your projects. Flooring department is great and if you need anything you can ask for Jeff or Jim and they will take good care of you for all your flooring needs from vinyl, laminate or tile. All departments have very knowledgeable staff and specialists ready to answer all your questions and help you decide what are the best products for your specific needs. And the main big thing for me is the way they treat our veterans, they truly care about them.

New flooring will make it possible for our granddaughter to visit. She's allergic to peanuts and when carpeting is ripped out and new flooring installed...we can have her come from Wisconsin to Florida.

We hit it lucky. We had to buy appliances for our new house and everything was on sale. We were in and out in under an hour. We got great deals and everything we needed.

Found everything I needed to work on remodeling my second bathroom. So getting started on that come next month plans to work on the other one as well. Plan on using Lowes for that job to prices were actually pretty reasonable 👌 👍 😀

One thing I got the same thing 3 times on 3 days the cost 28.ok next one 25.00 the next one 22.00 what goes on. All in all I like lower. You can not beat the people who work for you . Give them more money.

I went to Lowes in Zephyrhills on 11/17/23. I realized the comparison between hd and Lowes customer service, signs posted on every aisle to find what you need, organization in every aisle, very clean and most of all the employees really want to help you to find what you are looking for.
The people who are there to help you instead of hiding or not available in other stores.
Lowes is so very professional and I kept saying to my son that their staff really wants to help you. They helped us to find what we were looking for.
I felt that this is what service used to be many years ago and Lowes hires the best!
Keep doing this... You hire people that are professionals who want to help your costumers in your store.

This location is always well stocked and very friendly and helpful employees. I love The garden department, they always have discounted plants at great prices!

Very pet-friendly & welcoming. The staff are great, as always. We can find most anything at Lowe's & shop there often.

The store was clean and fully stocked with everything I needed. I found it all with ease and the custom service was excellent since I needed assistance at the checkout process.

The beginning of my customer experience did not go very well due to an issue with assembly. However, the manager Jacqueline did such an amazing job turning this very negative experience to a positive one and because of her great service we will be loyal Lowes customers.

Five stars because of an associate named Robert who was extremely helpful when I needed assistance over the weekend trying to find, buy and put into my car a rather large item. Kudos to Robert. It's rare these days to get such good customer service.

I love Lowe's because they have what you need he said there are friendly but they don't ask if you need help very often but that's okay because I find what I need right off I suggest for you to go there for all you need

I had a good shopping experience thanks to Ron in tools. I had a $20 gift card I received for my birthday and I wasn't wanting to spend much more than that. I walked into the store with no idea of what I wanted or needed. Ron took his time and helped me out with plenty of ideas, and finally helped me settle on a Kobalt framing hammer. He's a knowledgeable guy and had excellent customer service. Thanks Ron!
