Would’ve given this a 3 star but Kaden made the experience much better felt like it was a great experience something was wrong he would fix it “yes boss” yes sir” above and beyond something this generation needs to learn from when it comes to customer service

This place is pretty efficient and gets you your food fresh and fast

Drive through doesn't seem to know what they are doing when they ask you to park they give you the wrong food and give yours to the wrong car too.

Just came in here to brag about an employee whose name tag says "Moody". They're always dolled up & so courtesy & sweet.

Order is always correct. Wait times vary due to places being understaffed across the nation.

This is by far the best McDonalds in the area. This location is better than Zephyrhills, Dade city, and all the Tampa, Orlando, Kissimmee area. They always get the order correctly the first time and they have good customer service. The food quality & taste is excellent.

Today was a much nicer experience at the drive through. JUAN had the right attitude and attention to details. Moody was very GROOVY.

5 starts to Stephanie one of the managers she is AWESOME AND THE BEST!!!
While I was waiting for my order about 3 people came up to her complaining that their orders were taking too long and they were tired of waiting, she was very professional and handled everything with such a great attitude and apologized to these rude upset customers and finished their orders. I saw her doing multiple orders all by herself at the same time and moving them out; in the meantime 4/5 other employees got maybe one or two orders done. Don't know what kind of compensation she is on but MCDONALD'S managers and owners of this location she is worth GOLD to your location she deserves a bonus or a good raise people. She is a hard and dedicated worker.
Stephanie I have never met you in my life but I do hope you read and see this and know that people do notice and appreciate all your hard work this is why I am taking time of my busy schedule to make your name shine just the way you do at work.

Clean inside store always. Food is amazing. Cant really say anything bad about McDonald's food. Very friendly atmosphere.

It's hard to find good customer service these days. However I had an issue with my order via the online app. The general manager Jeremy went above and beyond his job. I just wanted to say thank you and give a shout out to you. As I don't come across customer service like you provided today.

This vist was great, food was hot...like it should always be, remember it's "FAST FOOD" hot out the oven so to speak it doesn't have time to cool off. Keep up the good work.. ...And take care of your employees in every aspect. If there job sucks the food will reflect that.

This location is always busy and they do a good job of managing the crowds; staff are always pleasant and efficient. Double-check your orders once received; I've never had an issue with food being cold but occasionally orders required a correction.

I have always had really good service here. I always check my good before pulling out of parking lot to make sure it's right, which I do at any fast food, and I've only had 1 issue..... Took it inside and spoke to the manager, he apologized and had it remade for me with no problems.
Like I said I have always had good service here and people have always been very nice.

My kid loves the happy meals. We love the Hi-C orange drink & fries.

Everyone of them are great. I don't have to wait that long at all. Plus willing to carry my tray for me. Makes me feel good. But I don't make that a habbit. I usually have my walker that has a seat on it. So I can put my food on it. That helps me.
