Metro by T-Mobile

Last week my friend went in to to add a line and the lady said she could get 4 lines for $120 but ended up raising her bill up to $180. That's crazy! Next time she stopped in luckily the guy fixed it for her.
I got my upgrade today and thanks to Ahbi for his great service ciz he helped me transfer all my stuff

I have been trying to get an another extension with the customer care since past two days. I went frustrated to this store and the guy helped me out in minutes... He spoke to the customer care for me and made sure I am taken care of... Loved his service...Thanks abhi

The cute guy Abhi is Genius and gives you genuine suggestions. He knows he's stuff. Was having issues with my phone. Even though I don't have service with metro, he helped me out and made sure my phone was running smooth. Lucky that I stopped there, turns out I am paying too much with my current service. Definitely switching to metro on my upcoming billing cycle.

Awesome deals on all their products, really good caring staff that help you every step of the way. Olivia really listened to what I wanted and needed in a phone and hooked up with a great deal. Metro Is amazing especially at this location.

Megan was so helpful. She knew so much about all the the phones and was able to answer all our questions! She made sure we understood everything about our plan and charges before we left the store. She was GREAT!

We came in from out of town and my aunt and sister needed to pay there phone bills, and needed head phones. They help them finds some on sale and they were so nice. They talk To us while we waited asking us where we were from and even suggested a few places for us to eat. I feel they were very helpful. I there service was great.

Owner was extremely courteous. Walked me thru every product to ensure I got the phone that was best for me. The experience was easily a 10/10. I would highly recommend visiting this location on your next metro trip

I've dealt with a lot of metro pcs stores and then walked into this store with a friend of mine and the customer service was so great and they offered me unbelievable deals that I couldn't turn down! I live in Girard Ohio but I will go the distance to come to this store for any and all my phone shopping and services! Keep up the good work guys! I give up 10 stars and 5 thumbs up!👍👍👍👍👍
