Smokers Express Of Swartz

I am doing a review of 1800 tequila Cucumber and Jalapeño flavor for an online company. I couldn’t find this new flavor anywhere around Monroe until I stopped in Smoker’s Express of Swartz yesterday. After I explained my situation to the owner, he immediately called his sales rep and had a bottle delivered today just for me! Now that’s customer service you don’t see much of these days! I love this place!!! I had my credit card pre charge me $100 at a gas pump! The owner came outside with me to check everything and made it right!! Customer service is amazing!! 💛🙌🏼🥰

I could really care less any price he has even thou they are the best because service is super professional and never a single issue.

Just found out that this place has ripped me off for almost a grand, everything is overpriced and he is so nice but gets his employees to rip you off as well by a few dollars at a time, truly crooked

Employees blatantly lie to your face about prices then ring up a price 20% higher. You got caught, honor the price and don't lie more about it.
