The Home Depot

HD Lakewood is my favorite location. Nelson at curbside always has a smile on his face. Terry is the MVP of this place, one time he helped us load 1500lbs of lumber onto our trailer and today he found the last item in the store for our online order. Highly recommend this location!

Once again the Home Depot had some beautiful plants and flowers. I only have one issue and that is that none of the employees ask if there's something they can help with. I had to keep asking for assistance as to where I may find something. Wish they would take the time to stop if they see anyone looking lost, Lol. Their Halloween set up is amazing, although I am a big The Nightmare Before Christmas fan so.

Thanks to HD for saving my holiday. IN STOCK plumbing valve prevented a waterless New Year's.
As any DIY home owner knows, sometimes emergencies happen at the most inopportune time.
Store employees had the 'hard to find ' part ready at the counter when I arrived.

I bought a Maytag washer and the sales representative was so helpful. He explained everything very thorough. I bought the insurance plan that is guaranteed support if the appliance breaks down. Thank you for your expertise sir.

I recently bought kitchen cabinets at the Home Depot in Lakewood. I used their kitchen design process. I was helped by an employee named Jocelyn. I was shocked by how helpful and patient she was. She created the kitchen online for me. She offered suggestions as to how to get the cost where I needed it to be. She was able find my home depot credit card account even though I didn't have the card. She even made notes on the computer layouts for the installers. I am not sure if all the designers are this good but if they are I recommend this service with confidence.

I like home depot.. everything is easy to find.. everyone was very helpful and friendly for 7 am- special shout-out to the cashier.. sorry I didn't get her name.. went there to get me a reasonable under cabinet lighting - I'm pleased with it. Instead of using the screws I bought double sided type.. it worked.

I'm doing some floors and a few other projects and when ever I need help I can always depend on Roger to help me out...

Needs people with experience on each department, not only stock keepers!

It was one of the better ones on the helpful side recommended highway.

Honestly, good environment and usually clean. Best to download the app and use it to locate items. Some employees are friendly and helpful but you have to seek them out during peak times. I don't recommend having them cut wood for you, last 2 times the saw was not cutting right and the last time the employee measured and cut it, I thought oh he did it well. Got home and it was 1/2 inch shorter than what I needed and slanted cut. Cashiers are friendly and garden employees always greet and ask if I need help.

Home depot is the place to go if you're doing home repairs.

I used to feel so intimidated walking into this place many moons ago because I felt lost looking around for the stuff I needed. Fast forward today after my many home and garden projects I feel very comfortable and actually know the aisles by heart! Staff is very helpful too. I'm so fortunate that I can drive to about 4 home depots within a 5 mile radius and 3 more within 10 miles!
