We are T-Mobile customers have been for. Few years even before the store opened in Marianna but today was our first time in the Marianna store and I have to say it was a very pleasant experience! Our sales rep Logan was so friendly and easy to work with! We upgraded 2 phones and he went above and beyond to make sure they were all set up and in cases and al before we left! Definitely some of the best customer service we have had from anywhere in a long time! Thank you Logan for the great experience!

I want to say that the customer service representative Tori was top notch as well as the store manager. They took the time and all the effort to make my wife and I completely comfortable with the purchases we made.. If you need a new phone that's affordable without all the B.S that the other phone shops try and give you. Go see Tori at T Mobile. Also they didn't pressure us into anything we couldn't afford. They have HUGE promotions going on there. Go see them. They're awesome!!

My family came in with a whole slew of issues & Tori went above & beyond to help us in every way possible! I’m not sure if the names of the other representatives in the store but they all in one way or another helped us out. Over all - great service!
