Hands Down the Greatest Experience I’ve ever had at a parts store! I walked in and was greeted with the biggest beautiful smile! Lisa is like a ray of sunshine! I always hated going into a parts store but not no more! Lisa asked me how she could help me, I told her I needed a number of different things from wiper blades, motor oil, my car was making a bunch of noises and I had a headlight out. I gave her my license plate number and away she went! She had gathered all my items checked me out and away she went. After installing my new wiper blades, head lights and fluids. She asked me to start my car, and she made sure all the lights worked, wipers worked, she noticed my tire was low and helped me get that I was good to go! Absolutely wonderful young lady! Thank you Lisa!

Great experience! Thought customer service was dead but this young man proved me wrong. Went in to buy windshield wipers and have them installed. He was quick, polite and knew his craft.

The 2 gentlemen working tonight we're beyond helpful. I locked myself out of my car and hours away from home. I tried AutoZone for a slimjim kit first and they were less than pleasant and quite rude. I then came here, but they also had no kits but offered multiple options for possible places that might have one. By my surprise they went a step farther and offered a few out of the box ideas to get in and low and behold it worked. Got into my car with a piece of fuel line. I couldn't be more greatful.

Always good experiences here. I have purchased tools, oil change kits, filters, and several parts and always felt the service was good. No issues with Core deposits, etc. O'Reilly usually has the best prices, too!

Love having a pick-up option.

I've been here half a dozen times since moving into the area and the staff has always been kind and helpful. Today Mike made sure I got everything I needed and couldn't have been more accommodating. This is now my local auto parts store.

Went there for wiper blades. Only place around me that carry Bosch Icon blades. Tim was really helpful and price matched Amazon. They didn't have the passenger side in stock but ordered it to be delivered in a few hours. The truck never came so they sent Randy to the distribution center to get it for me! They installed the blades for no charge also. This turned out to be really nice because the ones that came on my car turned out to be a bear to remove. They were super helpful and friendly and i would recommend them to anyone.

⭐🌟⭐🌟⭐🌟It was actually a delight after going to AutoZone first complete opposite. Usually it's the other way around for me. But I walked in was greeted right away, asked if I needed any help was helped the whole time which was nice considering I was running for others. Made me feel welcome. If I could remember the night shifts names I'd post it. But for you guys there last night Thur 4/8 thanks for rOcKiNg It out and be the above and beyond last night and actually caring about your customers! Helpful team of workers that get the job done

It's very close to my home and constantly has competitive prices and availability and if they don't have it they will just direct you to another store if you wanna drive to it Otherwise if they don't have it, it will ship to their store in just a couple of hours if its available, I've been going there about 10 years and seen a few managers come and go but they all seem to do pretty well. Shopping online is something I always make sure I try to do as well but when the prices are matched with online I'm confused on who's making money. ORiley's is a good chain to go through and I will continue to go there for along time.

Needed a part for my car and didn't know where to look. The guy behind the counter was awesome. He was so nice and very helpful. He even came out to my car to make sure that what I need was the correct fit.

I'm a fan of going to O'Reilly. They'll shoot you straight on if buying the more expensive piece is really worth it. Their staff is friendly and easy to speak with.
One thing I would say to help them out, or any parts person. Know the vehicle you're inquiring about. Year, make and model. If you're not sure, most places can look up your vehicle's information via the license plate. O'Reilly certainly does this.

Very helpful I had to go here and buy a light bulb after Napa would not help me. Now I just have to find someone to put it in right now it's not looking very good.

My favorite place to get parts. The staff go the extra mile and if they don't have what I need they try to get it in ASAP. They've even helped diagnose an intermittent misfire issue.

They were busy and still managed to help my boyfriend find his part and have him out in 5 mnts. Read my review for Auto Zone, across the street, where we unfortunately went first!
