Staff members are consistently friendly and willing to help. Ordered online several times and every order has been correct and completed in a timely manner each time. Such a pleasant experience compared to other fast food places. Strongly recommended for high quality fast food.

The service was great! Joe T working the front was kind and caring. He made sure we got a good deal! Would definitely recommend going to Culver's Old Hudson Road location!

I've been coming to this location for years and it has a special place in my heart. Today I was having a rough day and decided to get some dinner. My cashier Joe noticed my Buc-ee's hat and we had a short conversation about the gas station chain. It definitely helped lighten my mood a bit and I am thankful for him for the short chat. I hope management sees this and gives him some recognition! Thanks Joe!

Culver's is always great. Good food, comfy booths, nice vibes! The employees are always friendly & helpful. I recommend the chili, concrete mixers & the burgers!

I got a butter burger and it was better than any Burger I've ever had! My chicken and cashew salad was also great. My whole order was great. The customer service was superb! The employees actually cared that I enjoyed my meal. I was surprised by that, and I hope everyone there is making more than just a living wage, because they're all great!

Burgers are always hot n fresh, service is always fast and freindly! It is one of the best fast food burgers, in my opinion.

Culver's never disappoints. Burgers were perfect, crispy fries and that concrete, with blueberry and raspberry was perfection.

Single deluxe with cheese was so good. I love the perfect sear on the burger. Tastes so yummy.

This location goes above and beyond. Customer service, excellent fish and chicken and great custard usually do one or two scoop.

I pulled into the Culvers parking lot and saw the drive-thru line at least 15 cars deep and four people curbside waiting as well; I had low expectations for my carryout order as it was so busy. From walking in, placing my order, to receiving it, I waited less than 10 mins, which is outstanding!! The team behind the counter did a superior job of working together. Mazze helped me place my order and was so pleasant and patient. The food runner for outside orders smiled every time he passed me (at least 10x), and the back-of-the-house team cranked out the food so fast! The star of the show was Brenda; she expedited like she worked in a fine dining restaurant I saw her triple checking orders as she bagged them; she communicated continuously with BOH with what was needed; she delegated the two people who were helping her run food so well; the best part is she did all of this with a pleasant and efficient attitude! As a business owner myself, I would love to have a team leader like Brenda working with me along with the other staff. I walked out to my car, so impressed with the drive-thru empty and the curbside clear, and it's because of the extraordinary employees at this location. GREAT JOB EVERYONE!!

We had a party in the reserved room. The food was served at the correct temperature. The food was delicious

The food and employees, as expected ⁵★'s all the way. The dining-room just seemed a little too big for the little few costumer's that were there.

Oh my I love this restaurant the employees are great. They greet you when you walk in which is amazing. Place is very clean except when the disrespectful teens show up throwing food. The manager handles that right away to get them out the door after being asked a few times to stop being disrespectful. One of the cashiers is a complete GEM. She is super sweet patient with the customers I believe her name is Mazzy. You need more of her in the workplace. I would recommend this place to all my family and friends.
