Success with my husband's burger NO cheese, no mayo, add mustard!! It did take a 2nd try, but service was so quick and friendly, I still gave 5 stars. This Oakdale location was very clean, well staffed, food was hot. I LOVE the smell of burgers on a flame grill. Hardees has always made the best burgers, imho, and today our burgers tasted especially good.

I ordered a ham and cheese sandwich. It was over $7, just for the sandwich. Maybe corporate executives should give up some bonuses to help keep prices lower!!! Just saying!

I don't have one near me any longer so I love stopping in here when visiting friends in the area. Cheating on atmosphere as we were in the car hahah. Good food at a decent price which is saying something these days.

The food was great, I mean it's a hardee's its always going to be good. The customer services was alright but you can't expect too much from a fast food restaurant. I will say it was very clean inside which is always appreciated.
Good stop if you're looking for some tasty burgers and fries.

Love the staff they are young and really kind/friendly best part is keeping the store very clean and neat not just the dinning room only but the bathroom awesome 👏

Hardee's is consistently good. The hot ham and cheese sandwich is always hot and fresh. The seasonal pie right now is Peaches and cream...so good! And they are the fried pies, the way mcds used to have;))

As a born and bred Minnesotan I love a juicy burger. Hardee's is the only fast food chain to consistently provide exceptional service and big juicy burgers bursting with flavor for a reasonable price. The Frisco Burger is to die for and if you sign up for a rewards account and order in the app I get great deals like 2 Frisco Burger Combos for $15 and they often offer free delivery in my area.

I did not eat there. I was a visitor riding in another person's car. They ordered a drink. I only gave 5 stars because I had to in order to make this comment.

Asked for no cheese on my double bacon cheese burger.... got cheese and no bacon.

Kathy was freaking amazing! She was such a beast today 3/18/23. It was her and one other employee. Not even breaking a sweat. Much respect to her as a leader. We ordered over 6 meals to go in side. (To not hold up drive thru because thats rude as hell.) She bagged up all the meals individually, most would have thrown them into 3 big bags and let the family sort it at home. Nooope not Kathy! She literally said “that way no one is fighting about their fries” THANK YOU FOR UNDERSTANDING THE FRY ISSUES! 😂

This location stood out as the best fast food location I have been to in months. The young man who I placed my order with in the drive-thru was very polite and spoke loud enough to actually hear. At the window he greeted me with a smile and actual conversation. The order was freshly made and HOT! I highly recommend stopping here when in the area.

This hardees has the ultimate omlete biscuit on smash....just like I remember it. The hardees in midway made me stop Goin for my favorite breakfast sandwich. I never even knew bout this hardees. Man it's great

Francisco burger was like I remembered:) The shift lead was exceptional as was the rest of the staff. My family and I came in after getting our Christmas tree, 9 of us all together. They did a good job of keeping our order straight and working as quickly as they could to get it to us. She even came over to make sure everything turned out as it should during our meal.

Very polite staff. I used the drive-thru and had a few questions about the menu, the staff was very knowlageable and friendly. When i got the food, our fries were cold. I went inside to inform them because, of course, $18 is a lot to pay for cold food. The manager was a very kind man. He hurried off to get us some fresh ones and gave us cookies for the inconvenience!
The issue was resolved quickly and we left satisfied. The best experience was the friendly staff, which is almost hard to come by these days.

I don't normally give five stars to any fast food place but the service was so good that it is justified. We went during the afternoon rush today (my wife, two kids and myself) and it was very busy. The guy that took our order (i believe his name was Israel) was super friendly and made small talk with the kids and got everything right the first time demonstrating a level of competence seldom seen in the service industry or any industry. The food was brought to our table piping hot before i even had my kids dinks filled and the same guy stopped by less than a minute later to make sure everything was good. Great experience good job the food was pretty good too.

Great food and great customer service. I normally don’t take the drive through but the staff was kind and took my order without any issues. In addition, I received my food quickly and found that it was exactly what I ordered.

The best fast food restaurant around, I've stopped going anywhere else when I crave a burger. Very good fries, chicken strips are excellent. Good employees, I've never had a wrong order or anything but quality service.

Have totally stepped up their game. The roast beef sandwiches dominate Arby's and they make everything fresh. A bit pricey, but you get what you pay for. Their fries rock too!
