With seating sections closed off, the lobby was overflowing, and the wait was extensive. Second, I was served a cup of coffee with fresh lipstick on it, which was a nice touch. The third final glorious touch was plastic silverware. I was super turned on by the experience, but my girlfriend refuses to go back.

It's perfect walking distance for us! Sundays are a bit busy so you may have to wait a few minutes.

The service is amazing and the food is always on point. The coffee is that classic diner coffee flavored water.

The atmosphere is colorful. It's always full of families and laughter!

I met my son here for dinner and the place wasn't too busy and the staff was very attentive to us and the food came out quickly.

We had a nice conversation with each other and the staff kept the coffee carafe filled for us and cleared the dishes off the table as we finished.

I left a very nice tip for the staff.

Had a great experience this morning. Our server, I believe her name was Rara, she was all over it and very kind to boot. Service was prompt, courteous, and food was among the best I've seen. Visually, temperature-wise, and the taste were all great. Believe it or not, it basically looked like the pictures on the menu (guest is vegetarian so I flipped that bacon to my plate!). From top to bottom, everyone was doing well or the experience couldn't have been so complete.

It seems this IHOP has a new manager or something, I'm not sure. However, I do know that they have improved their food and service since a couple years ago. Absolutely amazing food and they are updating their menu often too. I literally have such a hard time choosing something to order because I could eat everything on the menu and would be happy, I can't say that about any other restaurant.

Service was awesome prices are ok due to INFLATION ECONOMY very clean environment and great team members I totally recommend this IHOP best of the Midwest.

Delicious. Never had a bad experience at any of the IHOP locations we ate at. Today I ordered the create your own crepe combo and Chicken Florentine. My husband had the holiday omelette with pancakes.

First time dining at IHOP and definitely not my last! The food was delicious and came out quickly, their portions are also generous. The staff is nice and don't make you feel rushed to order or eat.

I wish I could give this place 6 stars. I came in during late morning with my family and was promptly seated. Our food came quickly and was cooked to perfection. I was especially impressed with the French fries and the Mexican burrito. The restaurant was clean and the server was attentive despite it being moderately busy.

The food was so delicious that my soul ascended to God and I high Fived him. It was so amazing I started weeping openly in front of the whole restaurant.

My first time ever at an IHOP and it's exactly what I expected, and that's not a bad thing. Good food, good prices, what you see is what you get!

Last family breakfast for awhile. Great experience. We had a large group. The waitress had everyone fed and on the go. The whole breakfast lasted an hour. Food was great, service was quick and we didn't have to wait at all for a table.

Best IHOP I've been to. The portions were so big that I took half of it home (something i don't usually do with IHOP) the food was on point and there was plenty of parking. The place was packed and it was even more amazing to see how quickly customers came in, got their food, and left. People were in and out in half an hour. I recommend this place.

This had only 2 stars on Yelp but saw the 3.7 on Google so went there. Excellent! Service was top notch, food was perfect, and restaraunt and bathroom were clean!!! Not sure what others expect....? Bad day? Anyway, we had a perfect experience! 😁

Extremely good prices in very good food and great service.

Haven't been to an IHOP in years. We came here on Sunday with a big group for my dad's 84th birthday. We were told they were short staffed, so please have patience. Ummm, I couldn't even tell they were short staffed. Our food came out in a good amount of time and we all got what we needed and ordered. Kudos to the people working here! Probably my new favorite breakfast place now.

Clean for an IHOP. More food than I could eat.
