Needed a new windshield wiper. Easily displayed and found what I needed right away. Courteous staff offered to help install.

I'd give more stars if it was an option. While up visiting our daughter at Roger Williams University we found ourselves in a jamb. Christina and Mark saved the day! Our daughter's battery died. After waiting 3 hours for America's biggest roadside service provider to show up with a replacement battery, I decided to take care of things my self. I popped into Advanced Auto in Warren RI on Metcalf, explained my situation and that Home(and my tools were 2 hours away). Christina told me exactly what I'd need to do and provided me her personal tools with just a nod and a promise to bring them back. Christina is such an asset for you brand. She should be recognized by your organization, given a raise, a store, promoted to trainer, mover her to corporate, whatever it takes to never loose her. I'll be an Advanced Auto Shopper for life for the service and help I received. O'Reilly's just opened a store 1/2-way between my house and the Advanced Auto Parts in my CT hometown and I'll be driving right past it for for all my auto part needs from now on.

It's nights like tonight where my faith in humanity is a bit more restored !
I went here to grab some oil for my vehicle which a gentleman named Seth was helping so patiently and kindly figure out which I needed with the little info I gave . Another employee named Jeff I believe ... also stepped in and helped to put oil in my vehicle but noticed something not right and ended up finding oil in my coolant which was a cross contamination I was unaware of and extremely thankful he found so I can properly get the issue fixed ! This was all close to the end of there shift and it even rained at one point and neither one of them flinched so eager to lend a helping hand . Honestly what an absolute assets to the company Jeff is with much knowledge and Seths great customer service. Give them a raise because even with leaving there with bad news I was astonished at how nice and wiling these 2 men where .

Excellent customer service, provided guidance on an issue they could not resolve, followed guidance and concluded issue to everyones satisfaction.

Easy online order and pickup. Sales associate installed my rear wiper for me; probably saved me about an hour of frustration.
