Akeem was so friendly and went above and beyond to help me with a technical problem and then some purchases! He is a real asset to this company!!

The Manager, Akeem was great! He provided excellent customer service throughout the whole process and was knowledgeable! He helped me purchase my new iPhone 13 Pro, offered the best phone plan and transferred my data from the old phone to the new one. Thanks again!

Took my mom here to upgrade her phone knowing pretty well what she wanted. Jonah was amazing! He stayed later to continue helping us, even though we went in with plenty of time (make sure you back up and update before going if you can since it takes a while). He wasn’t pushy, was super helpful, friendly, and knew what he was talking about. Answered our questions as needed and helped with recommendations, and with the questions my mom asked, he was able to explain things really well so she could easily understand. He truly helped us a ton. Loved working with him, and highly recommend him.

Jonah is an excellent person that AT&T needs. He handle customer in his own patient way. I went to many AT&T store before and its terrible. Since I knew AT&T store in Warren, the Warren AT&T store become my fav. Jonah personality is good, efficient and patient. He knows what he is doing and understand the entire technical issues. Akeem is the best! He was able to roll over my parents into my plan like a pro. He was very knowledgeable and able to work through the issues that came with the rollover. He was very professional when asked questions and didn’t try to sell me anything more than what I needed. A+ service.

Jonah was the best salesmen and best customer service experience I’ve ever had. I really appreciated his honesty and his knowledge of the products. I didn’t feel pressured yet he was convincing. I came in at 730, 30 mins before closing and he didn’t even blink on staying a little bit later than when they closed to help me get my new phone and switch over from my existing phone company to AT&T I really appreciated him, and I hope that AT&T invests in him and his success going forward.

Akeem was absolutely amazing. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the phone I wanted and helped me choose a case and screen protector to go with it. Akeem stayed 2 hrs past closing time to help me set up new phone and activate AT&T TV. It was a busy time and he efficiently worked with me and others as well, and his expertise was impressive. Also a really nice guy, a people person.

We had the most amazing experience at this store! Nathan helped us with purchasing a new phone and going over our plan. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable but effortlessly friendly, genuine and did everything he could for us! This was by far the best time I’ve ever had buying a phone!

AT&T in Warren is the best. My sales person Kyle was helpful and patient. I am always a little worried about being in public places, a little covid anxiety. He waited on me through my car window. It was a great experience. Oh and Kyle had the best sense of humor.., always helpful.

Zach at this store is the absolute best! I had tried multiple times to get my issue resolved. I had gone to a different store, called the 800 and the 611 numbers multiple times but no one was able to help or just didn't want to take the effort. ONLY Zach at thie Metacom Ave store was able to fully resolve the issue. Thank goodness that he was willing to take the time and effort to not only fixe the issue but to provide needed education as to why. Thank you Zach!

I switched my family over from Verizon to AT&T. Went from 3 to 4 lines. Only thing that bothered me was I had to pay an activation fee for my line. The other 3 lines were upgrades of devices but I already had an iPhone 13 pro max. Thought that should have been comped that since we we made the switch. Other than that Akeem from the Warren branch was great, and a pleasure to work with.

Knows his product, great selling skills takes the time with you explains everything he would sell me the store if I gave him more time very pleasant person give him a raise

We visited the Warren store today to have our 3G phone upgraded to 5G. Akeem helped us & did a great job. He was very pleasant & knowledgeable.
