I used to be a customer at another popular vape shop in town and decided to switch when the quality of juice went down hill. I was immediately greeted when I came in and the employee really helped me and answered my questions because I was new to the store. The staff is friendly every single time and I go at least once a week. The juice is superior to any other juice I’ve tried in Wichita. It never goes “tasteless” and the flavor is intense. I’ve tried many and never been unhappy. They also value their customers. I had a bottle that leaked and they replaced it no problem. They have happy hour from 2-4 pm and it’s buy one get one free. You can get two 30 ml bottles for $15. But what I’m most impressed with is the employees. They’re what keeps me a loyal customer.

Not only do they have great discounts for repeat customers, but I never leave without finding what I am looking for or finding something new to try! Thank you.

I went in looking to check it out for the first time. I was greeted by a sweet girl (I think she was a girl) then the lady behind the counter was very helpful and knew what questions to ask to help me figure out a good tank to buy. Very nice and helpful. Definitely considering making it my new store only as long as the dog is there lol.

Brand new shop on West that I visited today! Cool layout and very clean shop with tons of products to choose from. The biggest investment this shop has is Dillon, aka, big D. His knowledge on the industry is bar none. Great experience, love my new diamond mod! Thanks man!

Prior edit...Great Vape store. They always try to use your points in your best interest. Kindness is always displayed by the workers. The store is always clean. Had I not found equal juice way cheaper online I would still go here for it bc their prices are well competitive. I get my coils here still.

Love this location! Especially because the associates are so helpful and chill. What ever questions you have they will answer with out giving you a hard time. Super great customer service and a great atmosphere!

Been coming to them for around a year now and their flavors and customer service and helpfulness are always greatly appreciated and they are always friendly, their prices can’t be beat either, they also have a continuousBOGO from 2pm-4pm Mon-Fri is also another reason to see them as well

Besides having to buy vape equipment at a place that sells pipes, this is the place in town to go. The service is always great, selection decent enough to get you by, excellent flavors and a great value. Make sure to go during their happy hour for the best deals.

King always does an amazing job 👏 credit card mech was down thank u for letting me unload all my change king ... 😆 so on a side not got wroung coil , Thursday even brought devices in with me .. But they won't give me the right one after getting the wroung coil!

The best vape store in Wichita, friendly and great customer service very helpful. If i had any questions i just ask one of the employees there her is Nina she always on point. Good vibe.

Went to Luckys looking for some different coils. Nina showed me the best coils for the way I like to vape. Also she let me know about the specials they have on juice. Would definitely recommend.

They gave me the best price and informed me about specials and deals- when and where to get them. Their husky is so sweet and cute I love stores that care about animals and their customers!

Huge shout out to Steven at the west street store yesterday! I have been out of the vaping game for a while now, but im so sick of cigarettes. So I went into the shop and met steven for the first time. He was extremly knowledgable about the devices, tanks, coils and juice and got me right back on track. I told him about the history of juices I used to love that helped me quit smoking the first time. He recommended 4 juices that are right up my ally and I'm so happy!!!! 5 stars for steven and the juice he got me hooked on.

Steven was absolutely fantastic helped me find exactly what I needed and he did it with a massive smile! Definitely coming back regularly
