Staff is always super friendly, and knows what I'm there for when I walk in the door =) that's such personal service! I love it! They don't have points any longer, but the prices went down, and they gave me plenty of time warning that the points were going away lol definitely recommend this location =)

Always always friendly, Knowledgeable, gets right to you helps if you don't know Exactly what you want or need. Scans ID no matter how old you clearly look lol they do what they need to do! I recently moved to the East Side and I will never Ever go to the Eastside vape 100 on rock road,I will travel twenty three minutes to come here even in rush hour!!!! Place is clean and dust free!

The guys that run this place are some of the BEST examples of EXCELLENT Customer Service that I have ever seen! They have fair pricing on their products and the staff members are very knowledgeable on the products. This is probably my favorite store in town, simply because of the people that work here!!!
