Great service. Of course more needed to be done so I needed to buy the membership. Hope that wasn't done just to make me buy that membership. I don't know enough about computers to know. Maybe that's what they were counting on. I will never really know.

Little story, I had sent my laptop for repairs with best buy as warranty, when it came back it had the screen broken, and some of the repairs weren't completed, I went a week later and they helped me send it back for repairs, AND they were accepting, friendly, courteous and super helpful, my laptop is now fully repaired and I couldn't be happier, I do most of my shopping here for my electronics and video games.

Than you Best Buy, you and you're team are completely amazing!

This location is the best location in SLC. Every staff member is polite, and very knowledgeable. I’m not tech savvy so I rely on them for honest advice and they have yet to lead me wrong. They never try to oversell you, they listen to my needs and point towards the products that best fit them. Colin, a manager i believe was very helpful when I had issues with my GoPro camera I received for Father’s Day. He went out of his way to help me understand and get the most out of my new toy. This is definitely my go to location for all my electronics.

Good in store service. Total Tech package installers did not explain well the 1st time but came out again,made it right and showed me how lacking I am in home electronics tech.Thanks for being patient and awesome.
