AT&T Store

I recently went to the store after my son smashed my phone and I have to say Tom was absolutely outstanding! He was patient and took his time explaining everything to me. He was amazingly patient and kind! I will absolutely refer all of my AT&T friends to this location but more importantly to Tom!

Sean was an absolute delight. I was sent into store on 11/5/23 after going to uBreakiFix for an insurance claim (showed up slightly annoyed at the run around I received from uBreakiFix and ascurion) but nonetheless ended up needing a new phone. Sean helped me upgrade my phone and transfer all my data over to the new one. The transfer and purchase took maybe an hour or two in store but he made that time to be such a pleasant experience. He was knowledgeable, personable, and just had great energy! He clearly enjoys what he does and the company he works for. 10/10 service and he most certainly deserves recognition for that! I don’t often need a new cell phone or technology device but I’ll be sure to go back to this location and work with Sean when the time comes!

Just an all around great experience. Arthur was wonderful. He really went to bat for me to resolve my problem to my satisfaction..

Tom out of the Mount Laurel location is the reason I go back. He is nice and will always try to get you the best deal

Kentwan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, kind and made our experience purchasing new phones and accessories very easy. He took the time to explain features and I am so grateful for his service and friendly demeanor. His manager, Dimitri, was also extremely friendly and checked in to see how our experience was. We have been customers for over 15 years and this was the best experience we have ever had! I really hope AT&T acknowledges the value in these two men to their company. Our AT&T representative, Tom, greeted us the moment we walked through the door, helped us find a better plan option better fit to our family needs, he helped us find a phone that fit with within our intended budget, gave us a vast amount of information about deals going on in the store as well as the DirectTV streaming service and made our experience delightful! It was a pleasure to have such a helpful and knowledgeable representative who not only verbally explained our new plan update but showed me on paper as well. He was outstanding and I appreciate service from employees like him. These in-store experiences are why I stay with AT&T!!

Kentwan greeted me at the door and spend all the time I needed to activate my new upgraded iPhone, transferring all the data. He has been excellent all through. He also sold me a screen saver and installed it for me. He is an asset for your store.

Arthur was awesome. Unfortunately the phone I was looking to upgrade to was not available but he tried everything he could to get one for me. Even recommended a store down the block, but they unfortunately were out of stock there also. It was like “Miracle on 34th Street” but just could not get the phone I wanted. Was not from lack of effort on Arthur’s part. Would recommend them highly at the store behind the Moorestown Mall. They will go the extra mile for you. Whole staff is friendly and accommodating. Keep up the good work and thanks again for trying Arthur!

I basically spend 2 whole days at the AT&T store. I kept getting the run around when I called the customer service number but once I got to the store I had many of the employees help me. Kimberly R, Dametri W, Dannia P help me on the first day I was there they are totally amazing people. The second day Quinn W. Help me out. I basically did 2 shifts there but with the amount of work they did to help me was just amazing. If you ever need help just go to these people. They made my 2 days at “work” so much better.

I walked in with my mother as both of us were in need of a new phone and I needed to add another line to the account. I was helped by Tiffany I believe her name was and she was amazing. Super nice and helpful and made everything as streamline as possible. Even told my mom about how to save a ton of money with cable and by proving she is a teacher to get the teachers discount. I love this location and have been coming here since I was about 9 years old and I just turned 22 and it’s still as great today as it was back then. I wish Tiffany and the rest of the staff well and thank you for all of your help.

Terrell was the best customer service associate I encountered in a long time. He was extremely nice, honest and was not a pushy sales person by any means. I came from retail so I know how difficult the job can be sometimes, but Terrell, and everyone in the store was extremely pleasant to talked to. I would rate this 10 stars if I could!!

Dametri and staff really focuses on customer service. I had an issue with 2 of my iPhones that I purchased from the AT&T store in the Cherry hill mall. They totally miss diagnose my activation, and Dametri and team came to the rescue to properly activated the right way. I highly recommend this AT&T.

Quinn is amazing! Just love him. He would be amazing as a manager and how Quinn has taken care of my needs with at&t. I have had a rough time with ur company. Due to Quinn, Dannia, and Dametri ( bald man with pretty eyes). I will be with you guys for a couple of more years..

Wonderful experience! I own an out of state company and stopped by to simply add a cellular ipad ahead of a trip. Not only did I witness the staff gracefully handle a shortage of staff and an unplanned distraction, but they went above and beyond on all of my needs. The manager, Dametri, informed me of a promo for my Buisness that was too good to pass - I requested to add 3 lines and phones , but they only had 2 phones on site. This prompted employee Quinn to drive and pick me up a third phone from another store. Dannia, was delightful and abundantly helpful in completing the process. Just an unbelievable experience.

Quinn was such a pleasant person and made it a quick experience! I came as a tag along & I ended up making out! If you ever need help come see Quinn!

Tom and Quinn where excellent and were very knowledgeable. Quinn transfered my old data from my broken Samsung to my new Samsung phone effortlessly. Tom was able to transfer the data from my old LG phone that none of the other techs at the other at&t stores that I went to could do. Both Tom and Quinn were very friendly during my transfers.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by associate who was the epitome of customer service who was respectful of my time and a consummate professional.
