I highly recommend this place! I work with the same guy almost everytime! He is amazing and takes his time with me even though I take a long time to choose what I want, he always talks and makes amazing recommendations for juice and devices! This place has earned my forever business because of him, I think I’ve met the owner a few times he is awesome too, he has wonderful employees and it’s an amazing store, if you want to be treated with respect, I recommend shopping here

Greatest customer service I have had in a long time. The people there are supper easy to work with and give great advice on what device to get because they are one of the few shops who actually listen to customer reviews on products and try and push the best products on the market instead of junk

When I walked in the guy at the front desk was there for me I told him what I was looking for and he showed me what I was looking for but he also showed me what better options I have based on my budget and showed me new options for a lower price but a better vape he knows what he’s doing and he super nice definitely will be back.

Others in the area have been average at best. The owner here and his employees have gone out of their way more than once to make it better experience and they have excellent customer service. The other places seem 100% transactional like purchasing online which is fine but why pay more then? I will only go here from now on after several bad experiences elsewhere.

Our bathroom had backed up, clogged, and flooded. It was supposed to be Out of Service and closed to the public until the plumber came, and it had been cleaned. A customer needed to use the restroom, and one of our employees allowed him to do so, which they shouldn’t have. That customer then complained online about the mess in the bathroom, which he should have never been allowed in in the first place.

He should have said something to us in person, and he would have been told the details of why it was the way it was, but instead he took his complaints public, to try and hurt our family business. Not cool, but some people are vindictive, and want to hurt others well being. The plumbing has been fixed and the restroom has now been cleaned and sanitized. We pride ourselves in being a great vapor shop with great service. Thanks to all of our loyal customers.

This is the best vape store I've been to so far! Customer service is amazing. They took their time and helped pick out what was right for me. With a wide selection of juices, mods and other products, you can't go wrong. I've found my vape home! Thanks guys!!

P.S. As far as the man who came in demanding a refund, He was already very angry when he walked into the store. He was being very belligerent before the owner could give him a chance to offer any kind of help. I'd say avoid "Carthief" at all costs. We were literally scared of what he might do to my son and I while we were there. So please excuse his bad review.

Preston is an awesome dude. If you want a recommendation for a new juice, he'll definitely hook you up with a great flavor. He's also really cool to talk to, so if you're looking for a conversation while shopping, his customer service skills have you covered! 5/5, definitely coming to Springfield Vapors from now on.

I'm a regular customer here. These guys are incredibly friendly, knowledgable, and helpful. I wouldnt recommend going anywhere else, this is the one stop shop for all things vaping, or just to have a good time with some good people. Couldn't recommend this place highly enough!
