Employees are always helpful and friendly. I've used the Lansing Sherwin Williams for all my painting projects during the past 30 years. Great quality paint that holds up well. My shed and the rooms I painted long ago still look newly painted.

The store associate was very helpful and knowledgeable. It didn't want blue undertones in my gray paint. He gave a suggestion and it looks nice in my bathroom. Also SW paint is reasonably priced compared to others with excellent coverage. I'm going back tomorrow to get my gallon to complete my bathroom.

I inquired about a product and was blown away by the quality customer service I just received from Lorenzo. He is an A1 representative of the company.

Lorenzo answered all of my questions. He took the time to look up the pricing, availability, and even offered to check different locations to place the item on hold on my behalf.

I was blown away that he was going above and beyond my expectations.
