I had a great experience with my last visit. I'm a regular shopper and haven't been in awhile.

It was a pleasure to have a young guy with great customer service assist me.

His name is Jaylen and he was very knowledgeable of the store sales and he was helpful with picking out shoes.🤩🤩🤩🤩

I was able to find these shoes I like right away after entering the store got a great price as well

Has a military veteran they gave me a nice discount on shoes when I went there. Look forward to going there again. 👍🇺🇸

This place had a lot of great deals. The atmosphere was amazing very enthusiastic very wonderful people. I especially love the older male he was a greeter and he was wonderful he was on the microphone he was doing the drawings it was a great experience. The lines move tremendously fast and I came on a busy shopping holiday. The shoes were marked a different price than what they rank up but the manager completely fix that gave it to me at that price and I totally appreciate that and I definitely recommend this Shoe Carnival

Clean organized store. Noticed "families" shop at the store. Versus all women or women with children. Greeted upon entry. Was informed about a coupon I could use toward my purchase. No pressure sales. Loved shopping experience. Bought two pair of shoes instead of one because I felt comfortable like I was shopping amongst family.

The lady that helped me was so friendly. Store was neet and the customer service was great. I love shopping there. Sew you when I get some more money

I love this store! Whether shopping online ahead of time or just going into the store. No other shoe store has the selection or prices for brand name high quality shoes than Shoe Carnival. And there's always a Huge Shoe Sale whenever you shop. So shop till you drop! At the Shoe Carnival in River Oaks Calumet City.

The staff here was so nice. All of the shoes were in the right place . . I was in and out. Saved the day because I couldn’t find dress shoes but they had them here. They were even on sale
