Macy's

I like Macy's they have very nice clothes. But I can only look the prices are way to high for my budget. Unless it on sale. But the store personnel were very nice.

This store has extraordinary sales clerks in the men's cologne department. They make you want to come back and shop, no matter what the price of the items are. I really appreciate people like this. 👍 Keep up the good work ladies!

Macy's continues to be an awesome place to shop. It's clean and inviting. They feature regular sales and their backstage is a wonderful area to shop. They still have sales staff willing to assist.

Great store Staff is always friendly & eager to share deals with customers. Got lucky today & grabbed some adidas football gloves marked down to $1.49 thanks to staff bringing it to my attention. Also grabbed the matching hat for $4.83. Special thanks to the two lady's working the polo section cash register. Awsome deal & because I saved so much on those items I splurged a little more & purchased a couple pair of pants & a couple shirts.

Please support this Macy's. The mall is in need of new management/ owners, which has cause problems for many other stores here.

What food court? Not even a simple McDonald's burger King checkers, or hotdog stand exists. Shop Macy's and enjoy your day.. Hopefully, the mall will pick up soon...

Macy's has a Toys r Us section. I go there Christmas shopping for grandkids. One shop store it had every toy I was looking for. This is my second year going there. A fun place to shop.

They had a live Dj when i went on Valentine's Day at 11.a.m and it wasn't crowded yet. Customer service was superb

I had to return shoes and decided to stop at this Macy's since it was on my way to visit my mother in law. The service provided was stellar. I looked on my receipt for the salesperson name and only saw associate 71115670. I truly hope this identifies the associate who went out of her way to assist me at the River Oaks Macy. She was truly professional, caring, and deserves her flowers. This store had so much to choose from, and although the shoe I picked was out of stock in my size, she helped to order the shoe online. Really like visiting this store always nice people to assist when I have visited.

Just throw the whole mall away.
The customer service was so bad it was unbelievable. Especially during Christmas season. Where did these old bitter retired women come from? 🤷‍♀

I had a wonderful day shopping at Macy's! The lady at the Estee Lauder counter was knowledgeable and efficient. The prices and sales were all over the store and I was able to get quite a few things even during this budget conscious time we live in!!

I just cut thru the store on my way to another store. But noticed Macy's was a nicely laid out store. I cut thru the Men's department and had to slow or stop to check out the great sale on mens suits. Big selection and choices on colors and labels. Some unusual, trendy, and a departure from the same old same old Black, Grey, or Navy. The store had a good number of customers and shoppers for a Monday . Nice store.
