The gentleman who work here are so friendly and have outstanding customer service. This location is always neat and clean. When i have any trouble picking out a item they assisted me till i found the one i wanted. They always has the most popular and latest games this is my brothers and i favorite location.

The guys at the Broad River Rd store do an exceptional job at covering all bases when providing you the ultimate gaming experience. You can tell excellence starts from the top down with these guys.

Desmond was literally the best salesman ever. He was informed, funny, efficient, and proactive. I was grateful to know that even the used PS4 remotes had a service plan option available and I got it! The place was clean and well stocked. #lovethem

Easy in and out. My son knew what he needed and the sales person knew exactly where it was. He was helpful and we got what we needed quickly at a fair price.

The staff were extremely helpful; very knowledgeable and were able to answer all of my questions to make sure that I was buying everything I needed, and even made sure that I got the best promotional deal on the games I bought, which I highly appreciated. First of all I love the game selection (including but not limited to: crafting miner, pokedemon, and adventures of the fat Italian plumber' grandfather) the trade in value is perfect. You give a $60 game to game stop, GameStop then gives you $5 in return. What do you expect? The game to be equal in price to the purchased game, this way of thinking is flawed to the GameStop world.

I’ve been to a lot of GameStop’s over the years and even just walking in I knew this was gonna be one of my favorites. The staff is great, they will joke with you, help you, and give you their honest opinion.

The store is clean, merchandise is nicely displayed and they have a great stock of items. Would recommend to anyone to visit and buy from here.

I always get exactly what I am looking for, i insure all my products so when i have a problem with it I can get it replaced with the warranty at additional cost. It's a smooth process and no hassle.

I came in to sell my copy of fallout 76 and couldn't ask for better service. The guy named Grant was not only on point with many pro gamer tips he also told me where I could get a sweet pair of Crocs nearby. He is a total lifesaver and I'll travel past many other GameStops just to business with him. Highly recommend.

Seems to be a pretty standard store. They don't mind if you hang out for as long as you want. Staff are nice and help with whatever questions you have.

It's easy to spot from the road. Big parking lot. The store has a good variety of games old and new. I went there to reserve a few games i was interested in. The staff told me about the new releases coming out.

Got what I wanted...Was in stock well timed checkout and..sanitizers and various other pandemic .Tools were in place...

Like another reviewer mentioned, this is not your typical strip mall GameStop. It's an isolated building probably 4 times the size of a typical GameStop.

They have a huge assortment of figurines, books, character items, etc. If your looking for something that is game related this is the place to go in Columbia.

Customer service was on point. I've been there twice in the past couple weeks and they've been great.

Brought an Xbox one and it was on recall. Was called to bring it back to the store to have it exchanged. I appreciate honest people.

Is its own store, room to walk around, not cluttered like other strip-mall Gamestops, Good people, but i'm not sure if they do midnight releases, i really hope they do. World of Warcraft: WoD is about to come out and i'm so gonna pre-order it at that Gamestop if they do midnight release, otherwise gonna go with the free 90 from the online pre-order. But overall for the store it's great, calm, and clean with helpful and friendly staff.
