The UPS Store

I enjoy this UPS Store location and its employees however I recently had a package not shipped and really need to get in touch with the manager to view cameras and rule out the store. I suspect USPS doing something shady. If the owner sees this please contact me.

Update: Package was found USPS mailman was at fault. If you ship any USPS packages please just take them straight to the USPS Office. The mailmen on this route do not care about your packages as I also had a package to be picked up on Saturday and the mailman chose not to take my package so I took the package to USPS on Monday. Again, this UPS store and its employees are amazing and like family. Just don’t trust USPS Mailmen on this route if you drop off packages for USPS here.

The Employees here are very hard working. They all have great Customer Service and are the best at what they do. This is a very busy store but so bring your patients and be kind. 🫶🏼

A lot of reviews on here are from years ago. Apparently the store is under new management. Tammy works there and she is very nice and very helpful. I never have any problems and I enjoy chatting with her when I come in to check my box. For those who gave it a bad rating, please go back and visit again and be refreshed by the great customer service and attention you will receive from Tammy. She's great.

Note: This store has new owners who are polite, efficient and excellent at their job. They make shipping easy!!

The website says that the store is open until seven PM, but they have a little sign on the door indicating that they stop shipping at six. I arrived a little after six, and the owner told me about their policy. I complained that the website stated seven and he said he could do what he wants. He told me I should take the box with me and ship it from work. I told him that I took BART, and he then told me to take it on BART. It was a large and heavy box, and that wasn't reasonable. He kept saying that he was trying to help me, but he refused to ship the package, even though he said he would be there another hour. He was pretty argumentative and arrogant, and I finally told him that since he refuse to ship the package, he was wasting my time. I'll never do business there.

It comes between my work and home. Mostly I go to Bailey road one but this is also near. For college work when I need color copies they were super close and very helpful. Also gave me little discount when I have to printed wrong paper. I never had any problems with them and always had pressure doing business. Thank you!

Always friendly and knowledgeable, although prices for mailing packages and buying stamps is higher than the PO. But a go-to for quick Amazon returns.

This store is under new ownership/management. Tammy has helped me multiple times with notary, shipping, and livescan services. She has always been very pleasant and helpful. I would give this UPS store a shot and i think that you will be pleasantly surprised how it has changed. Tammy has made this store an asset to Pittsburg.

You should go to send your things when you have a return or also you can do copies, and its a good service.
