Jonathan made our experience actually enjoyable. He was so friendly, helpful, and carried on conversations during our visit. He was always smiling, looked directly at us when speaking, and shook our hands being as professional as he could…..and he opened the door for us as we left. I understand that is a part of your process but it still felt very personable as he said goodbye. Great associate!!!

First of all I’ve been with AT&T over 30yrs. I was with them when it was Cingular! 😊
Today I was in for assistance for the new phone I purchased 2days ago. The Assistant Mgr Brian was there. He had just finished up with a customer when I walked in. He said he remembered me from last week. I dropped my phone in dishwater it would no longer charge. Brian tried to get me to buy another phone but I was like no I think it will be okay.

Lo and behold he was right. It did not work so I purchased the IPhone 13 in which Kia assisted me. She was very sweet, knowledgeable and helpful. She tried every way to get me the best deal and discount. After reviewing my account, my current plan was better than the options offered. I know the 15 will roll out this month but I refuse to pay $2k for a phone. I had the 7 plus for 5yrs so yes it was time for an upgrade. 😊

Swing back around to today when Brian assisted me with setting my phone up. Taught me how to save energy on charging. Granted he was super friendly, funny, professional and helpful.
While waiting for my phone to charge, he asked that I do a review. I gladly agreed! I dropped a review on Yelp as well

Oh yeah the music is on point! It’s a good mixture of Old School to Hip Hop. The ambiance is so chill and relaxing. While you’re waiting for assistance, you’re bopping your head to one of your favorite artists 👍🏽😊

We walked in, and was immediately greeted by Aaron. My guy was awesome. We had some good laughs, and he went above and beyond for me. Aaron deserves a raise!!!

I was here today to switch my plan from my (then) postpaid to a prepaid plan, which I could not figure out how to do online, and we incurred an issue in store. I want to give a shoutout to their employee, Jasmin who worked tirelessly and very patiently to ensure my plan was switched and the issue was resolved, when she had to go through multiple agents of their 611 support, to fix the issue. The team here is very friendly and helpful, hence the reason I’m happy with AT&T.

Dee was amazing! She was patient , friendly, and informative. We desperately needed new phones and left happy with watches as well. Thank you Dee!

He also educated me about other phone plans at different locations , knowing I was shopping around and saved me the trouble of having to go from store to store. So I did not feel pressured to make any decision, but rather properly informed. He also took initiative to follow up with me after my purchase . As well as let me know I can always reach out if I have any questions.

I explained to Kevin Watts my need for an additional line. Kevin recommended Dual Sim, set it up, provided a tutorial and assisted me is setting up the auto pay, reminding me I must go in and auto reload, as this is a Pre-Paid line;

I hit a snag upgrading from my iPhone 11 to 13 and ended up at the AT&T store in Snellville, GA. I was treated like a VIP from the get-go by Brian, who I think is the manager, and then Aaron Perkins took over. Even though I was there for a free service, Aaron was patient, knowledgeable, and focused on helping me transfer everything to my new phone. I'm really impressed with this store.

I received great customer service from Mr. Kevin Bates. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient and kind. I was well informed on how to use all of my products that I received. Thank you for your help. I appreciated it immensely!

Mrs. KIA JONES helped me today in a truly EXCELLENT manner. She took her time and patiently handled three different phone and landline issues for me. I really do appreciate the time she took and patiently explained to me what she was doing, THANK YOU.

This is the best store!! We never feel like just a number. We received excellent customer service from Kevin G. on 9/22/23 and Nicki on 9/23/23. Both were patient with us while we asked questions. Nicki handled our purchases today and also helped identify duplicate coverage on our plan. Thank you both for taking care of us!!

I had only a 40 min break remaining and I didn’t want to handle my phone issues when I get off. Walking inside the Snellville branch I was welcomed by everyone, placed on a wait list which was not long at all ( 4 mins tops) . I was greeted by Johnaton, who was pleasantly nice and understood my phone concerns. While expressing my phone problems he delivered and took care of my phone problems immediately. I was done in 27 mins while I thought it was going to be much longer. Johnathon was very welcoming, nice, understanding and respectful of my time. He used all his skill sets to his advantage and helped me. I strongly recommend Johnaton for costumer service.

Josh’s customer service was excellent all the way from my Initial phone call. He called me back to let me know their system is running again and I was able to come in to buy my iPad. His personality is a great addition to that team.

Dee assisted me in the purchasing process with amazing customer service as well.

Damaris was super sweet and was able to educate me on products while I waited for Josh and Dee to return with the iPad and keyboard.
