AT&T Store

I received excellent customer service this morning when I need assistance with my Tablet. Several employees were there and Gary happen to be the one who helped me. All seem to be knowledgeable with the different products available.

I feel thankful and guilty. I dropped my phone just right and my screen went dark. The customer service rep who helped me understands the assignment and homework of customer service! I don't remember his name, but he saved my day. Because of his great customer service, I decided to upgrade my phone and get my broken phone fixed. I hope he trains others!

I came in and bought a IPhone. Justin I think that was his name at the Parker location in Austin. He was wonderful. He fixed me up. He was polite and answered every question I asked him. Plus, he was honest. I appreciate that.

The guys that help us was so nice, we went in with a silly SIM card question and he did great.

When my wife and I visited this store, we had just had a very negative experience with a carrier our family used for over 20 years. We weren’t sure what to expect, but the customer service was excellent, pricing was accurate with no "gotchas" at the very end, and all of the terms were reasonable. Our sales rep, Sam, even told us a couple of ways we could save money on our new account. Thank you for a very pleasant shopping experience, we’ll be moving the rest of our family over to AT&T soon.

I had an account with my mom and sister and tried separating our account to our own through the app and over the phone and was finally able to with Caleb’s help. Whatever you need to come in for make sure you ask for him, he’ll actually help you out instead of giving you the run around! Thank you so much again for all of your help Caleb!

I had upgraded my phone online and when I went in to pick it up I was helped immediately. They put my screen protector and case on for me and helped me switch everything over from my old phone. Everyone I spoke with was extremely friendly and helpful. 😊

We went in to this store and were greeted and helped by Linda. We explained our problem with her and she right away looked at the phone and changed out the sim card and loo and behold, our problem was corrected ! We went to our local AT&T store in Hutto, Tx twice and both times were told they couldn't help us. We have been AT&T loyal customers for a long period of time and had Linda not resolved our problem, we were going to cancel our service and go to Spectrum ! Thank you Linda and hopefully AT&T will be giving us our due credit on our next bill...

Nothing to improve on in store. The store reps were very helpful and friendly. The in store staff a great.

Downside AT&T data service is really slow. I left metro by T-Mobile where I was paying 50$ a month with unlimited everything and this is prepaid and I would get a down and up stream of at least 200mbs. Now with AT&T I get 25-30 mbs paying over 100$ a month

George provided super A-plus service for me and my son. We had a mishap trying to port back to ATT while my son was out of town. I called the store and worked with George to get ready for my son to get his new phone. Highly recommended!

Great deal I received on a phone case and glass protector!

Spoke with a gentalman named justin helping people with internet set up. He helped answer my questions and was nice.

Linda was very helpful and professional in helping me to port my number from prepaid to post paid with a new iPhone 13 and I am sooooo happy!!!

I over heard Matthew helping a customer and he did a very good job at steering his customer with exactly what her wanted.

WE com in here a lot to upgrade phones and we will keep doing so with the excellent customer service that we receive from here.

Stephen was super friendly and helped us figure out a good plan for getting my son a new phone! He took time to troubleshoot our issues with us and offered several options. I’m very pleased with the customer service he provided! A+ all the way!!
