AT&T Store

This was our best cell service experience EVER! The store was busy, but they were getting around to everyone. Tony helped us and was awesome - super patient, answered all our questions, was so friendly. Honestly it sounds cheesy, but if every experience was like this I wouldn’t dread upgrading my phone. It was actually fun. Thanks so much, Tony!!

Great experience with Tony the manager of this store. I typically get frustrated or confused with my in store cell phone experiences. Tony did an amazing job of walking me through each step so I could easily understand what was happening and felt knowledgeable in making my account and new cell phone decisions. Thank you Tony for superior customer service!!

My primary internet provider went out and I needed a temporary solution. Oscar and Manny listened to me and got creative to help me find the best option for my situation. It was a great deal, they did not try to sell me anything I didn’t need. My whole house is back online and it’s just as stable and fast as my original hard-wired connection.

I had a very good experience at the AT&T store in Beaverton. On 11/28/23, I walked in with no appointment needed. Nick and Tony helped me to have my new phone activated, and to have all my data files transferred from my old phone to the new phone. I really appreciate their time and efforts. The superior employees like Nick and Tony make AT&T a great company. Hold Long for T!

My wife and I came in about an hour before closing on a Sunday. Having paid off our devices about 6 months ago and the iPhone 15 overheating issues resolved, we decided to both upgrade. Tim got us in and out of there in well under an hour, including purchasing and transferring service to the new devices. Would definitely recommend this store.

HOLY SUPERHERO NICK, Batman! Just got a new iphone and couldn't get my number transferred over from my old phone. Called the store. Nick told me to come on in and he'd help. I walked into the store, looked at him and said, "Nick, I''m here to see you." and he said, "Megan? I'm here to help!" AND DID HE! First of all, what an absolute salt of the earth guy. So kind, so friendly, SO capable/knowledgeable/professional. Nick got my number switched over in no time. What an awesome experience. NICK FOR PRESIDENT! Of AT&T AND America! There was a bit of a wait this morning, but the lady who helped us out - who was apparently holding down the fort by herself - did an amazing job once she got to us and we were on our way within minutes. So professional and efficient! She deserves a raise AT&T!!

I just received outstanding help today (Tuesday, October 4th) from two young women at this store. It was such a nice surprise after my previous experiences with AT&T service elsewhere that were pretty awful. Thank you so much for taking care of my problem. Very efficient and very pleasant all around.

I had a very bizarre situation happen starting a new line. We had to make many calls in order to get it situated. However, the whole team was patient, friendly, and willing to go an extra mile to get it figured out. This is the best service I’ve ever experienced at any AT&T which says a lot considering that I have moved around to many different states. This team was great and I can’t express how much appreciation I have for them. I will continue to visit only this location moving forward.

Representative Janette S was a "rock star" of helpfulness, courtesy and efficiency. I was in and out of the store in a flash after converting 4 phones from a different carrier to AT&T. Everything worked just as it was supposed to.

This is my second time dealing with Ryan
I upgraded my phone and it was a very smooth transaction and I was very happy. Today I brought my old phone to trade in. Once again, Ryan made the transaction super smooth. I learned some new quick tricks and am pretty impressed on how easy he showed them to me. It was, once again another 5 star day with him.

I had a great experience with a very knowledgeable sales rep. He went above and beyond to help me. We had many issues with passwords and I am not very tech savvy, his patience was unbelievable. I am back today and he is helping me set up my new iPad. Great, great service!

Today I went to bought a new phone. Seller that help me out was Mr. Dom, he was a really good seller. He was really good at taking care with costumer (including us). I'm really appreciated with his assist. And I am glad to meet him. He deserved 5 stars. 😁
