The store manager passed by while I was shopping and took the time to ask if I needed help finding anything. She was helpful and friendly.

I was checked in for booster 1 min after I arrived then given a shot 2 mins later. Jessica the phar tech was so cool she air dried the very wet alcohol (so needle doesn’t sting,) and administered shot without any pain, miraculous in my book. Place is clean and well stocked. Thank you Jessica and CVS team

The staff overheard us telling my son they didn't have something in stock. Two employees went out back and searched for a good 10 minutes, finally finding what we were looking for.

Never have a problem with service and, since my last review years ago, they have updated the store significantly, and it is much cleaner and better staffed as well.

too bad there are only 5 stars...this CVS has it going on .... nothing but great service, for example going out of their way to save me money on a couple prescriptions that insurance did not cover... really one of the best CVS's !!! im glad to say i got lucky moving near this one !!!!

Always have what I need

Not really that long of a wait and a great customer service with a nice smile and personality.

I found the Pharmacist and staff to be incredibly kind and helpful!!

Been a CVS guy my whole life! This CVS is much better then other local CVS....great and helpful staff, and not a long wait.

I only visited to pick up over the counter medicine because another nearby store didn't have what I was looking for. They had much more in stock than Market Basket, but maybe the same as Walmart. My interaction with the associates was positive. After reading other people's reviews, I do remember seeing a long line at the pharmacy drive thru, though I don't know how fast people were being serviced. I found a parking spot right away. CVS brand is much more inexpensive and has the same ingredients as name brands.
I use another pharmacy for my medicine and I won't be changing any time soon.
Inside looked okay.

Convenient, as most pharmacies are. The general staff is nice. Always seems a bit messy/disorganized inside. Not a very good selection of beer.

Usually understaffed, however, the workers do their best to help you effectively and efficiently.

My last two encounters with the pharmacy staff were rude and unfriendly. 2-24-2024

Allison is the best been there for years and always pleasant and kind but kevin is very rude sometimes then other times okay I think he's bi-polar he should be taking meds or move on he can't treat customers the way he does if he worked for me he would be out the door

The worse experience ever! The guy pharmacist who was on was a complete douche!!! He was soo arrogant and disrespectful!! I came in for a covid shot and the way he approached the situation was uncalled for. Is this the people CVS hires I never had this worse experience ever. After seeing all the other reviews I knew it wasn’t just me. He needs to be GONE. Won’t go there again while he is there. Doesn’t deserve a one star at all.

Extremely negative experience over the phone with a pharmacist, who ended up hanging up on me after I asked questions about filling my prescription. Based on other reviews, this doesn't seem to be surprising. I don't care as much about slow lines, but I do care about being treated so disrespectfully. This interaction drove me to leave CVS (after over a decade) and move my prescriptions to a different store entirely. I called customer service to file a formal complaint. I can't say anything about any other employees, but overall, I'd recommend you stay away from this location if possible. I truly hope CVS takes these complaints seriously and provides more support/training where it is desperately needed.
