This place has a great selection of jewelry at a fairly great price. I have a appointment scheduled to bring my wife in to surprise her with a new wedding plus engagement ring set. We have been together for over 11 years and she is truly my one and only true love and she deserves the world and I'm going to give it to her anytime I am able to, but the first step is renewing our vows and reaffirming how much I love her. Excellent Customer Service at This Kay's! I went in simply to have some jewelry inspected, and repair a piece. The women that assisted me were super sweet, and personable, They got everything all cleaned and sent out in a few minutes which was great. Sandi, and Celest both were absolutely Fantastic! I absolutely love Kay's, However it's truly the Amazing associates that made my Experience that much better!

Last week I came into Kay Jewelers looking to buy a second wedding band for my wifes set as a gift for our 5 year anniversary. I then needed the ring to be resized and there was a concern it probably won't be back until a few days passed the date I needed it for. Amanda at Seabrook NH worked her magic and actually got it back a week sooner than the date I needed it for. This was a really big deal for me. It took a great amount of pressure off of me knowing it was all set and 1 less thing to worry about on our anniversary. Amanda went above and beyond, she was very helpful and patient, and I truly felt like she cared. This probably sounds weird but I felt like she was very authentic; I feel like with places/stores like this people tend to feel fake/robotic/scipted but not with Amanda she made it feel very natural and not a painful experience.

Sandi & Amanda were amazing! Sandi helped me find the exact earrings I was looking for online and even suggested matching diamond studs for my second piercing! I am very pleased with my purchases.
