Extra Space is very reasonably priced. They made it super easy for me to rent a unit over the phone and I could start transferring my belongings from my old unit (where I was paying triple the price for a smaller unit) into the new one same day. The staff are super friendly and seem to be always on site during the day for any questions I might have(at my old unit I saw staff a total of 2 times in all my trips there) The facility itself it very clean, my unit was nice and clean, and was very easy to locate. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a unit.

Today I had the pleasure of working with Andrea, who made sure my issues were taken care of as quickly and gracefully as humanly possible. You will find that the customer service here is impeccable, and will go above and beyond to help satisfy their customers, despite the predatory marketing scheme that has become a standard in the self storage industry. Hooking you in at a low price and then dramatically increasing your monthly payments while hoping you don't ccomplain is the way most places like this make their money. You may unfortunately have the same experience here, just as you would anywhere else, if you allow it. However, unlike many other businesses, if you're willing to take the time to talk to the staff about your concerns, you'll find that they'll do everything in their power to find a fair deal that works for everyone, which is a practice that should be rewarded. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for storage, as long as they are willing to voice their feelings of the unfair pricing. Give this place your business and prove to the industry that willingness to adapt and negotiate is an invaluable service, and will help businesses thrive despite going against the standard exploitative practices that have arisen within this otherwise rapacious industry.

Andrea was very helpful and knowledgeable in which unit would work best for me. She is the best example as the type of representative a company should look for to assist prospective clients.

I have stored my RV at Extra Space Storage in Salisbury for ~18 months. I have had zero issues while storing my rig there. Seems safe, requires a code entry to get past the gate. Structures are in good condition. Location is convenient. I’m a happy camper!

I showed up to rent a storage space two days before Christmas. I had called first and the answering service said the office was open until 5 o'clock. But when I got there at about 1 o'clock it was closed. Karen came down from the apartment, and even though she was not working, helped me rent a space using the kiosk. She had somewhere to go but stayed around to make sure I could get through the gate. I was very impressed with her customer service.

Yesterday, the property manager, Andrea, called me to make sure everything was OK. Again, I appreciated the customer service. More than I expected.

Wonderful - we were having problems paying on line, so stopped by and Andrea was super helpful! Very patient with us "old-timers" who can't figure everything out on line. Helped us a lot!

So far so good. Completed everything online. Much cleaner unit than Cube Smart. My only complaint... the keypad upon entry and exit are not well lit. The numbers are sometimes lit but they go dark before I completely enter the password. Hopefully, they don’t raise prices 2x in 18 months as did Cube Smart.

Dylan was amazing! He helped us get everything done and when we moved out he helped us get the refund we deserved! Top notch service! We will be using Extra Space in seabrook again when we need it just because of Dylan!
