Dog Tails

Like others, my experience with Dog Tails was excellent! My Kitteh and I are both seniors, and we were nervous, but Laura knows what she's doing and has a sense of humour, as well!
My bestie-beast is very skitty (she came to me traumatized) and Laura was professional, quick and kind. The home visit was really appreciated. Every time we have a positive grooming experience, my furry sidekick relaxes more and is becoming happier and more trusting.

Laura is great with my furbaby! Raven goes for her "Day of Beauty" about
every 3 months and I've never been disappointed! My dog is a Newphie-Aussie X and has a double coat and lots of fur! Laura's prices are more than reasonable. I never hesitate to recommend Dog Tails!!

Laura is wonderful with my cats! Strongly recommend her for nail trims. I do not have dogs, so I cannot comment on her grooming, but she is always attentive and kind to the pets in her care. My cats are generally skittish and she is always good with them.

I brought my 2 Persian cats to this groomer who did an amazing job. Her patience, love and perseverance with the pets was outstanding. She worked diligently on one of the cats for nearly 2 hours due to the many mats the cat had on her body. I couldn't have been any more pleased with the overall experience. Laura, the owner who worked on the cats was gentle and patient with the cats a true professional.

Laura does a wonderful job. She is concerned about not only the final result, but being sure your pet is happy and stress free. I had a cat that needed a serious shedding out. We did it together, (you've heard about herding cats?) The cat was thrilled! 'Pooch' was pampered and kitty mom was thrilled... The results were perfect.

I have known Laura for 3 years. She has groomed my dog for just as long. Laura has a genuine love for dogs, cats and animals in general. I have watched her groom my dog and several others and have first hand witnessed her compassion and tenderness with them. My dog enjoys and is excited to go to get groomed, yet still does not like the bath part! I think Laura is very professional and talented in her grooming skills and always takes her time and does her best. I also have witnessed her go above and beyond to help owners with their animals and to help them with whatever their needs may be. I recommend very highly for pet owners to make Dog Tails there number one spot to have their beloved pets pampered!

Rather than just "tipping" my dogs nails, which I've had elsewhere, she actually shaved them back and took her time with them. Greatly appreciated it. GREAT job! I will go here from now on!

Laura is incredible! She not only loves DOGS but she loves PEOPLE TOO and is a sweet, kind and gentle person...Laura is extremely accommodating and does not skimp on treatments for your pooch! She has a luxurious "secret ingredient" that will make the stinkiest of stinky dogs look, smell and feel great! My dog's coat was shiny and UNBELIEVABLY SILKY SMOOTH. She can handle emergency skunk incidences, smelly bum bums and roll-in-yucky stinky stuff incidences. Make an appointment today and your pup will be just like new!
You can do-it-yourself with her guidance and suggestion or drop off your dog for a good buff and shine and nail trim too! All dogs welcome-Big or small!

This weekend we camped at Black Bear campground. On Sunday . Our dog Chino broke loose from her collar. She bolted out of the campground so fast we could not catch her. We had the Animal Control looking out for her..and we did search as well. Laura saw the post on FB. She told us that she told her children of our missing pup, and asked them to keep an eye out as well. On Monday she went to her shop to give her own pup a bath and encountered Chino. Chino was approachable because she wanted to play. If Laura had chased our pup. She would have run..afraid. Laura called the office at the campground, and they told us...our puppy was found!! We were so happy. I was crying tears of joy. We went to pick up Chino at her shop and she gave her a complimentary bath. Laura knew we were all shaken up. She is awesome, and when we are in the area again..she will see us again..she has our...appreciation and business.

Laura is excellent, She's taken care of both my dogs for many years, prices are very reasonable, She's great with all the dogs She even went out of her way when I had a medical issue and came to me many times for my pups. Couldn't ask for a better groomer.

I had an amazing experience here. Laura is so nice and friendly and did an incredible job with my dog. I will definitely be coming back again.
