Amazed by Bianca at the pharmacy. My doctor didn’t put in my prescription correctly and she politely asked for the confirmation - it saved me a ton of money and qualified me to get a prescription for something that originally wasn’t covered. She was so patient and kind and I left feeling much better. Unsure of the other pharmacists are like her, but so hope I get her in the drive through pharmacy every time. :)

Shout out the workers here on December 1st 2023. Around 5 pm. I could tell tensions were high, lines backed up, people getting annoyed but the crew was in there handling business. Please take care of your employees Walgreens. They work tirelessly.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. They work so hard and are usually under staffed and it makes it hard on them to please everyone. They are always kind to me no matter how busy they are. I rate them 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I'd do 10 if there was 10 to choose. Merry Christmas to everyone at Walgreens ❤ 🎄 🎁

I sent a document to be printed here because the other locations said it wasn’t an option.

Came here to pick it up, but the printer was broken. The employee who assisted me was very friendly and professional.

Walgreens, fix your printers.

I work here at this location and the hours is 8 to 10 for the front of the store the pharmacy is 8 to7 and the weekend is 9 to 6

This is the only place I let fill my meds.very professional kind people

The pharmacy seems to always be overwhelmingly busy but they are always helpful with questions and the pharmacists always take time to answer questions or pursue options with your insurance.

I think they must have gotten a whole new pharmacy staff because I’ve had more issues the past few weeks picking up my prescriptions. They are EXTREMELY SLOW and the pharmacist is not nearly as nice as the last guy they had.

Every now and again you get the nice pharmacist. Everyone else seems angry to have to ring you up / answer a question.

The online scheduling system is broken. Despite having an appointment for a test, I was casually told "it's on backorder so we can't do the test" after I arrived.

The store is run down and shabby.

Wish the city would buy the store out, raze it, and fix the intersection of Eastland and Gallatin.

I went to collect my photos. I had ordered two different groups of them. The cashier at the front found one packet. I asked if she could look for the other one. She couldn't find it and told me that it wasn't at this Walgreens. I asked which Walgreens was it at then. She said she didn't know. I found the email in my phone that said the photos were ready for pickup at this address. She said that the emails lie. I asked to speak to the manager. The manager went to the photo section, and it was the first packet of photos in front of her. The cashier didn't even admit to her mistake. She was also unkind to me about my name.

Another time, I tried to get my passport photo taken here. Online, the website said I could. I got to the store and they said I couldn't get my passport photo here because their machine is broken.

The pharmacy employees should learn to be kind n give better customer service!.. also it's impossible for a customer to read n understand all those questions/agreements the card machine is asking in under 15 seconds.. cause during tht time the cashier is rushing me n thier is other people in line waiting.. all tht gives me no time to understand what I'm agreeing to.. there should be a separate kiosk machines for customer to read n understand the agreements carefully!

This is the worst Walgreens I’ve ever visited. I went for one photo. I went one hour later to pick it up and they hadn’t even started on it. The girl had to get the manager and he never came out and I asked her what was taking so long and she told me to go knock on his door myself. Horrible customer service and the entire store is filthy. Boxes everywhere. Do not go here unless you want to get very aggravated.

The absolute slowest pharmacy and they do not care at all.

This location has fallen!! The new pharmacists there are terrible and unprofessional. Quanq was the best ever!! I am glad and understand why he left that location!!
