Moving Supplies at U-Haul

The service was amazing! Henry was Prompt, professional, knowledgeable, kind, and very patient. He took his time to explain everything in as much detail as I requested, with a great friendly attitude. I browsed around the store and changed my mind about a dozen times about every item. He never reacted annoyed or negatively; each time he made the adjustment requested without issue. They helped me load the utility dolly into the vehicle, without hesitation. He also checked me in upon return, and he asked me how the vehicle was, and how my experience was overall at the facility. Honestly, I’ve moved quite a bit, and always use UHaul, whether In Chicago, St. Louis, Los Angeles… I’ve engaged in more than a few transactions at UHauls. This had to be my best experience ever, hands down! You just don’t see service like this anymore; especially outside of the south! HUGE Thanks to Henry and the other wonderful staff at this location! I’ll definitely continue to use them, Even though the Dorsett Rd UHaul office is closer to me, the service here is worth the extra few miles!
