I had never been to this location before, but stopped by recently to purchase some paint. Jules helped me with my purchase. She provided EXCEPTIONAL customer service to me. I was trying to match existing paint and she went out of her way to ensure it was a 100% perfect match. I really appreciate how kind and helpful she was to me. The East Side needs more businesses like this.

Im a subcontractor for a leading provider of Single Family Homes for rent in Indianapolis and Sherwin Williams is the only place I get paint from. This store is my favorite for a couple reasons. Customer service is great and quick.

I called ahead to request my 3 sample quarts be mixed ahead of time. I dropped by on my way home and was in and out within 10 minutes. The rep was extremely friendly, helpful and efficient.
