The guy working in the paint is great.

They helped me with my flooring that was damaged by water got it installed and the people that came out were very good and done an excellent job all in a timely manner. Thanks Lowes and your installer's.

Awesome customer service. The employees who brought my cement pavers to my van and loaded them into my gardening wagon are so nice and helpful.

May have reviewed this Lowe’s already, if not, this is a great store. I’ve never entered and not been asked if I need help! That is a huge difference from a lot of other retailers in the area. This Lowe’s is a bit smaller than others in the area but they still carry a lot of inventory. They are also good about having items delivered to the store if they don’t have it in stock, so you basically can have anything you need from Lowe’s at one store, just gotta wait a day or two at times.

Randy from tool rental at the Crossville Lowe's is the guy to guy to when you need to rent something. Very nice guy who is very easy to talk to. Good guy to catch first thing in the morning. Has a really good positive attitude and took care of us. I have rented multiple times now from Randy and he makes it so easy. Thank you sir.

Easy convenient was able to run by and grab everything I needed to rebuild a swing in the yard for a customer for $75. 3-8ft. 4x4s, 4 nice heavy duty brackets, lag bolts, 2 bags heavy duty quickrete, eye bolts, s hooks, and speed square i forgot mine in other truck...

I want to give a "Shout Out" to Loraine at the Crossville Tn. Lowes. Instead of me and my guys waiting around till 4pm to get the delivery we were waiting on, she got the delivery here about 30 minutes from the time I talked to her! Unfortunately, my boss ordered the wrong unit (I needed a A. O. Smith Hot water tank - Lowboy. My boss ordered a standard size one) and I had to send it back. But that shouldn't take away from the excellent customer service Loraine gave today! She called her delivery guys (Dan + Zack) and made it happen. Thank you Loraine, Dan, Zack for the great customer service you provided today!!!!

They always have what we need and I've not met a bad team member since I've been in Tennessee, for just over 10 years now. They are all very helpful, even if it's not technically their department. I like it much better than that orange house place lol thank you for all that you do!

It was a incredibly busy day at Lowes on Thursday. The parking lot was jammed and people were buying flowers to plant, getting ready for the Memorial holiday. I rushed past a parking spot but suddenly turned around to notice the most touching display honoring our fallen soldiers. How wonderful, how patriotic, and how beautiful it looked. A big THANK YOU to whoever at Lowes took the time to put this together. Probably 99% of the patrons did not notice, but for the ones who did, KUDOS to the the Workers, Staff and Administration at the Crossville, TN Lowes. Thank you again.

Best place to find all your home needs!

Barry in appliances was so helpful AND entertaining! He made our trip (which could have been very confusing and stressful) super easy and fast instead. It was such a pleasure working with him and the others in the department/store in general. So excited for all our new appliances!!

The same as all other Lowe's. The employees go above and beyond to help find unusual items at this store. Kindness and great customer service give them five stars. Normally Lowes gets three stars

Pretty sure that they are cutting costs as publicly traded companies need to make money. They used to have 2 people working in cabinets. Now there is one, with the days and hours posted. We were still able to complete our purchase.

It was a good experience had a little trouble finding what I was looking for but was a Little Help from one of the floor people I was able to find it then I got to the checkout and it is all self checkout now or appears to be and that was confusing till a lady come help me out I did get what I was looking for
