Baymont by Wyndham Crossville

The front desk gentleman Raj and the lady that work here were awesome, great customer service and just genuinely nice people! Highly recommend! My son enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And although we didn’t bring our pets this is a pet friendly hotel and the fee for it is very reasonable! They have a great breakfast bar and willing to fix any issues ! Thank you for a nice stay!

Very clean and comfortable. Stayed going and returning from Texas.. it's a good mid way stop from Connecticut.
Unfortunately didn't try the free breakfast, as we left early both stays.. but smelled delicious. Hopefully next time, passing through.

The management Raj and Manisha Patel were wonderful! They gave us an a handicap accessible room and very accommodating. Also enjoyed the indoor pool and jacuzzi.
We actually registered for an additional night.
We'll definitely return when traveling back to Tennessee. Enjoyed our stay immensely.

We stayed here overnight on our way to somewhere else. The hotel is undergoing renovations, and it seems some of the issues mentioned in other reviews have been fixed. There was no musty smell on the first or third floor or in our room. Our room was very clean. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked clean. The breakfast was good. There were waffles, biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, various types of bread (bagels, English muffins, etc.), and cereal. I only saw one staff member, who did check in/out and managed the breakfast area - restocking and cleaning. He was very nice. The only possible issue we encountered that may be a problem for some is that if you pay cash , they require a $50 deposit which you get back on checkout. This is to insure no one smokes in the room or damages it. I didn’t have a problem with it. I didn’t even have to ask for it back. The employee gave our deposit back without us mentioning it. Overall, I was pleased with the cleanliness of the hotel and would stay there again.

Right off the freeway, but kinda back around a funky little road, real quiet. Raj at front desk is very nice, and efficient. Clean, great for dogs, lots of area to walk .

Me and my family had a great time here we stayed 2 nights it was very relaxed, the pool and hot tub were wonderful hot tub was just great and the service was very friendly and warm thank you for a great stay me and my family are sure to be seeing y'all again

The staff is so helpful and kind. The rooms are very clean. We slept absolutely awesome. The breakfast was solid. I definitely recommend this place.🤍🌻🤍

Yes rooms are outdated, but the hotel is renovating so that’s a plus. Other than that it was clean. Didn’t find any hair in shower or in the sheets and pillows cases. Beds were clean, didn’t find any bedbugs. The beds were soooooo comfy. Got to say they their continental breakfast was great. They had waffles, biscuits and gravy, eggs, orange juice, etc.

room was clean and comfortable. price was very fair. I was on my Harley the owner let me park under the car port in the lights. I will definitely stay here again when I'm in the area.

We have been staying at this same hotel for 18 years and have been treated like family. We travel with our small pets and the owners/managers have been so accommodating. They always visit with our pups and make sure to help us with unpacking or anything else we need. And it offers fantastic places to walk your dogs. My absolute favorite hotel! 💓

My husband and I stayed here for a few nights while visiting family. He's in a wheelchair and usually finding proper accommodation is difficult for us. However this place has the most accessible shower we have ever used from a hotel anywhere. Aside from that when all of the handicap spots were occupied they made ample space for him to park where he could get his wheelchair out. Aside from that the staff was all around very kind and sweet. I felt the rooms were relatively clean as well! Overall it was a nice stay for us and I would come again.

Check in was quick and the owners were very welcoming and kind. The room was perfect size for business travelers. Breakfast looks great!

Only spent one night and was very comfortable until the next morning. My husband went down early and no coffee available. No problem. After packing and ready to leave we again went down to grab a little bit for the road. Not only was no coffee but no other food. Nothing. When we asked the man at the desk, all he said was they weren't getting food till the following week. I asked was there a discount on our room, we were told no because we were already getting a cheap rate. We had been traveling for over 2 weeks and liked staying at Baymonts for the quality and amenities. When I question their standard, the man was rude saying everyone was trying to get a free meal. I replied we were not looking for a free meal as we usually only got coffee, juice, and maybe a banana or yogurt. I even mentioned this didn't seem to be Baymonts standards,he was very unconcerned. I thought if their was a problem, a pot of coffee, donuts or yogurt should have been easy enough to start your guests on their way. Also, don't advertise your rate in the travel hotel guides if you resent giving people that rate and be sure to have available what you are offering. I still love Baymont and will continue to stay with them. This particular event was not typical.

Very accomodating.Raj and his wife are extremely nice! Super clean and it does not smell like an antiseptic hotel, but it smells very clean. The pool area is clean and wonderful. They accept pets!! Our cat was very comfortable here as well. Nice place to stay. Just off the interstate. We highly recommend it.

Highly recommend this facility. This was the absolute best hotel we stayed in during our two week vacation. The general manager really cares about your stay and keeps everything in top notch condition.

Now this was a very nice Inn. The employees are very nice, the room was very clean and well-kept. Lot of complementary items left in the room for you. Decor was very nice and so was the front lobby. The free breakfast in the morning was very good, you can make fresh waffles or scrambled eggs, bacon cereal rolls Donuts muffins anything you can think of so definitely stop there you'll get your money's worth no problem whatsoever. I highly recommend it
