Quality Inn Crossville Near Cumberland Mountain State Park

Very clean, staff is very helpful, and the lady in the morning who does breakfast was the absolute best, very friendly and outgoing. she goes above and beyond to make sure everything is clean and well stocked. Will definitely stay here anytime I'm back this way.

Front desk staff is super friendly and helpful. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. The best part of my stay was the lady that was housekeeper/breakfast attendant/heart of the whole place. She was everywhere doing multiple jobs and all with a smile on her face. You can tell she loves her job and takes wonderful care of the guest. If you're ever get a chance to stay here and get to talk to her (you will know her when you see her lol), you will leave with a smile. Good job finding quality employees and thank you for a lovely stay.

We arrived around 9pm and were immediately checked in by a friendly front desk worker. Appreciated the EV charging station for our plug-in hybrid. Our room was right next to the lobby so we were a little concerned about the possibility of noise from the lobby but it wasn’t intrusive and we slept well. Room was clean and well kept. Only minor issue was the sink didn’t drain the best of you left the water running, probably needed hair cleaned out of the pipe or somesuch. We did not get up in time for breakfast but while there’s nothing to walk to easily there are several restaurants just a tiny ride away such as Cracker Barrel or Shoney’s.Check-out was a breeze and the front desk worker was again attentive and friendly. We will definitely stop here again if the opportunity arises.

This hotel is a gem.

The staff were all very friendly.
Hot breakfast (eggs, tater tots, sausage, biscuits, and gravy) is provided, not the usual continental (cold) breakfast.
And the price was amazing.

This place was perfect for us. We had been traveling from Myrtle Beach South Carolina and were making our way to Minnesota. The front desk people were very friendly and accommodating and the room was super clean, with everything I needed to be comfortable. And Breakfast was fantastic!! I have already recommended it to my family.

Clean room, hot shower and good service. I just wish they ran their breakfast a little later, it ends at 0900 and check out isn’t until 1100. I’ve stayed here a few times and it’s always been a good stay.

You really can't beat this place for the price. The room was perfectly clean. The beds are soft and the sheets are new. The shower is hot. I have absolutely nothing derogatory to say whatsoever about this place. As a bonus, you pull right out and can jump right onto the interstate. It's perfect.

Stayed 4 nights due to wintery weather. Clean room with plenty of space. No loud disturbances. Convenient location to interstate and shopping. I had a great, relaxing, comfortable stay.

Needed a place to stay on the way back to Knoxville for school. Very friendly, helpful staff got us into our accommodation quickly for a good night's rest. Good hot breakfast was a welcome start to the day! We will definitely stay here again.

Im a truck driver who stays at this location every week.. Clean rooms , AMAZING STAFF. Complimentary breakfast in the morning before i hit the road.. I absolutely love this place. its my home away from home. Conveniently located in the perfect place ,shoneys across the street. with different restaurants with 2 miles. Great place for truckers with a parking lot for 18 wheelers and they accept CLC . plus i get my points to be used all over.. Love this hotel and i absolutely love the staff. P.S the new comforters on the beds ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤. I've stayed in other hotels in the area, before making this my choice. 4yrs straight and i honestly can't think of a bad thing to say.

The gentleman at the front desk was very polite and friendly when we arrived.
When we checked out the front desk employee was also courteous, pleasant, and efficient. All in all it was a very pleasant stay.

Was a nice stay. There was a sweet young lady named Arena. She was so polite, and we had several nice conversations over breakfast. She would be the reason we would stay here again

We love this Quality Inn. We've stayed at this establishment on numerous occasions. The staff is always friendly and eager to meet our needs, the breakfast is awesome, the rooms are neat, clean, and have updated decor. Highly recommend.

The staff was very helpful allowing me to get in a room little early. I was very happy about that..my vehicle had broke down and the temperature and humidity was brutal. The a.c. in my room was awesome. The room was clean and well kept. The price was very reasonable booking on line.

Arena who works in the kitchen is friendly, curtious and keeps the area nice and clean. She makes everyone feel welcomed.

This is a pet friendly hotel and that's always great. The rooms were very clean and the hot breakfast was well stocked and attended by hotel staff.
