Was having issues with a console called customer support and they didn’t even act like they cared told me to see a store luckily I ran into this gentleman named Matt I believe. He definitely went above and beyond taking care of my issues if your ever at Witts end and need a problem taken care of he’s the man you want

Kaden/Caden (sorry not sure which one is correct spelling) did a wonderful job helping me today. I had came in to sell admittedly quite a few videos and he got me in and out with cash in my hand in less than a few minutes. Not once did he make me feel like a burden or unwelcome. I was also impressed with his awareness of the other customers in the store and made sure they were good as well! Thank you again sir!

Maria was AMAZING and patient! I am 1000% clueless on these game systems. Well my sons switch was acting up and Nintendo basically said to bad so sad buy another one umm not an option for a single mom on a tight budget. 35$ later it was FIXED she even set it up did the update and everything.
Store was clean and organized it was a great experience in store.

Spoke with Lacey over the phone earlier in the day and she was great as well.

Went in to replace a controller since it was still under warranty. Awesome service, I look forward to going again.

Every time I call in, there is always a polite employee on the phone. They also give you good information and feedback.

Amazing that your customer support on the phone is great. Better than most place IMO.

Everytime I go in there they are nice and helpfull with what i need and let's me know about the deals I may have missed and tries to make it cheaper and easy as possible. All around great service as I am a service plumber so I look for that at all places I go.

Calvin had the stacks against himself today while working by himself but he had incredible customer service and definitely needs to be recognized by management. Happy holidays!

The staff at this particular location have all taken me seriously, very kind and patient with me and my family over the years that we have been going to this store!

I bought my Nintendo Switch from this location, and I had it under a payment plan. The whole situation was very easy to handle and the people that worked with me were kind and easy to joke around with.

Out of all the Gamestop's that I've been to with my siblings this one is the least stressful of the bunch in my opinion.

I love this location. I come here very frequently and have always had a good experience. The staff is great, the selection is good and I usually walk out with an item. Can't say enough good things about this store.

The customer service representative was very courteous and helpful. My son was very excited to trade in his old games for credit and get some new games. She made it so simple and easy.

Lacey is by far the best gamestop employee in America. Compared to gamestop on western and I240 is not even comparable. I will now be going to Moore gamestop. She was helpful and explained stuff perfectly. It's worth the 10 mile drive for me. Other gamestops lie and don't know what they're talking about

Great Game Stop! I've visited many in the OKC metro but somehow I've missed this one. It's tucked away in a shopping center and not easily visible from the main roads. The two gentlemen working there were very friendly and helpful. They pointed out the great sales and clearance items as my son looked for items to spend his gift card on. We will definitely visit again.

Great location, probably my favorite in the metro area of the stores I've visited. Helped with pre-ordering a game a month or so in advance. Staff was straightforward and kind, answered questions in detail when I asked for opinions. Cherry on top was the contact made when my pre-order was coming due for pickup. Really appreciate the help and will be back when I'm looking for another game!

A special Fortnite trip for my son. The staff made this a truly 5-star experience. They put a great smile on my kids face with their generosity.
