The Home Depot

Just wanted to share a review of this Moore, OK Home Depot and one of its employees. Keon was amazing at helping me with an order for my elderly mother. My online order only had 2 of 3 items arrive. After much frustration and a couple "chats" on the Home Depot App, I had no information and no item. I didn't even ask him and he went above and beyond that night and the next day to get me the information and help I needed. Well done young man! Thank you.

Kind people work here who are knowledgeable and eager to help you find what you are looking for. I’ve never seen an employee look miserable there so they are doing something right. The garden center has many options to chose from. I had a store pickup that was ready for pickup in about 15 minutes which was quite impressive!

Britney was phenomenal and gave me excellent service. She was super professional and is deserving of a raise/bonus asap! Amazing work!

Good. Home depot is the only store I can find the tubs that are large, see through, with handles and wheels. Top is heavy duty. They have great prices on tools I need. Went in today to also see the summer collections and flowers. They have all kinds of wonderful patio Accents and so far no one has been able to beat their prices on gardening.

Huge selection, friendly helpful staff, clean, and well organized. Found everything I need, and stayed longer to look around. This is a big store. Very much enjoyed looking around.

I drive to the Moore location because the Sheilds store is poorly staffed. I am always acknowledged with a smile here, and never feel ignored.

I could not believe the kindness and helpfulness of the tool rental department. Those three men not only took great care of me with exactly what I needed and more, but brightened my day as well.

I always find what I need at home depot, but let me tell you a beautiful story about something I don't often find anywhere - great customer service.
About a month ago I was at the Home depot. An employee was interacting with a woman in the cleaning tool section. She was in one of those electric wheel chairs and it was obvious that she suffered from more than just physical problems but also had some early cognitive dysfunction (dementia). I believe the employees name was Terry. He was so patient as he interacted with this elderly woman. He kept repeating over and over again the same answers to questions she kept asking about the broom she was trying to purchase. He never lost patience with her, was never dismissive of her, but took the time to gently help her select the item she wanted while treating her with dignity and respect. I was truly impressed with the service he provided her. About 10 minutes later I saw her wheeling away with the broom in hand to purchase.
It is so rare to see someone take the time to even listen to an elderly person, but especially to treat them with the gentleness and kindness I observed in this Home depot employee. What amazing customer service!
FYI, they also have great tools, a great garden section and so much more.

This is a standard Home Depot. I could spend all day here just walking through the aisles looking more things than I could ever use. The staff is friendly and helpful but not overbearing.

I had to go to home depot in Moore and when I asked for help the first guy had know idea what I was talking about however the second guy walked me across the store and made sure I found what I needed. He was nice, he said hi to everyone we walked by and even talked to the kids. Unfortunately they didn't have what I needed. But he did look and see the nearest store that did. They were busy and he was busy but he took the time to make sure that I was taken care of and I really appreciate that.

Home Depot in Moore is my place to hang out for awhile. They have had almost everything I need. And that's alot, for all my projects. The staff are always asking if they could help me find anything. The prices are great compared to the other store. They do have quality tools, return them if they break. The 10% off and no Tax for me. Due to my service connected disability helps. Thank You

Best Customer Service!!! I needed a spare key and I went to several other stores and no one could help me. The employees went the extra mile to help me and used the older key machine to get me what I needed.

Love this store and have for years! App is great to find something quick. Like the curbside pick up. Nice workers. Renting a chainsaw for a tree went well. Always a good place

We came to see if the Halloween decor was out yet and it wasn’t BUT -we scored some awesome outdoor furniture cushions at 1/2 off! Great employees. We were asked multiple times if we needed help with anything! We will be back!

The customer service team was very helpful in multiple departments. Different Department Reps worked together to assist us in finding the items we were looking for during our visit.

Went to pick up mulch. Went by lowes loaded 3 cubic feet bags on a cart. Got up front to pay it was $14 a bag. I said oh heck no. Went to Home Depot and found 2 cubic bags for $4 a bag. Needless to say I bought them. It was almost closing time so the manager loaded them in my car for me! Home Depot is my store now!!!

The Moore Oklahoma customer service was off the hook. A young Spanish lady was so very helpful and friendly. Other stores should seek to provide the same quality of customer care.
