Love love this location. Always busy, clean, and organized. Nice variety and a one stop shop at this department store. I believe this location to be much better than a mall location. I love fall shopping. Holiday items are always some of the best. Went this trip for small appliances shopping. They had exactly what I was looking for and in stock!! Glad I made the trip to Moore.

I’ve only been in JC once for shoes and that visit was nice, Moriyah? I’m sorry if I got her name wrong, today I was completely lost trying to find a dress shirt and didn’t know any of my measurements. She happily helped me find the sizing and color I was looking for. I ended up buying a pair of pants and shoes as well but I want to thank her for helping me today and making my experience easy and smooth. I’ll definitely be back, love the selection that’s offered. The whole store was clean, very nice staff, nothing to complain about.

Easy in and easy out.lots of styles and a large selection of each style. I went in looking for some dressy/casual shoes and found a good selection of different brands that I was looking for. Not cheap but not expensive. Lots of sales on most things. Bought a skillet also.

Jc penny saved the day! My daughters old princess dress got ruined. They had one in stock, quick to curb side pick up and very friendly! Thank you guys!

Our clerk was awesome, fast and friendly. Very helpful and saved us $80 on our purchase.

Unfortunately, the Midwest City
J C Penney location closed its doors for good during the summer of 2020. This was all part of the decision made by their executive management last year in 2019.

Shoppers in this area now have to travel to Penn Square, Edmond and Moore storefronts for their J C Penny shopping neuneds. This is really too bad since Midwest City's store was so convenient and offered everything the remaining stores offer.

I've posted some photos of a vacant storefront.The 5-Stars is left for the employees that provided quality service.

A lil warm in the building, especially when trying on clothes...but...I had a great time with my bestie!!

I needed a tie and they have a great selection and super staff. Scott was on point with his recommendation. Very pleased with my purchase and I will definitely be making another visit. Thank you all.

We came in from Texas on the way to my Aunt’s 70th Birthday to buy her a bed. Kate, was so patient and helpful as my Uncle asked several questions. She helped us so much and even ran to the front to give us an envelope with information for deliver. THANKS KATE!

Store clean, dressing rooms would give 4
5 on clean. Some rooms there clothes in. Visited this place twice recently the clerks checking me out I would give 6 stars.

I had a great experience at JC Penney today. I went to pick up some golf apparel that I ordered online. Not only was the customer service associate was pleasant and professional but I was able to try on the garments and was very satisfied when I left the store. Didn’t even mind the short drive since they closed in MIdwest City. There is something superior to a well run department store!

I hit the great clearance sale today. Buy one get on free on pink tagged clearance items. Great deals for women and kids.

Great place to go for great prices on clothing! Went during a wonderful spring sale and got so many quality cloths at amazing prices! Bought some amazing button down shirts for my husband to work it and they are high quality. I also bought some wonderful summer shirts for five dollars! Perfect to wear around for summer walking and running and also got a great deal on shorts! They have a great selection of casual clothes for both women and men. They also have a great selection of dresses and formal attire! I also buy my sheets there and just love them! They have that hard to find colors and high quality sheets and a wonderful price. Would highly recommend giving them a try!
