I went to O'Reilly's in Lebanon I cannot remember the salesperson name. He took the time to do research for plug for my transmission pan I also went outside and looked to see what type of transmission pan I had. They no longer make the part but he gave me a phone number of a gentleman that can fix it He went above and beyond. And I'm very grateful highly recommend O'Reilly's

The best team! You know them, they know you. Same staff. They know thier way around mechanics, and if they do not have it at there store they will find it for you or have it at thier location the next day. They also are not shy to get under the hood and help troubleshoot your issues.

My husband ran into some truck trouble on his way home from work. He stopped in and got fixed up. He called to let me know he was on his way home & how friendly and helpful they were. He apparently left his wallet & when they couldnt reach him. They contacted me. I told them i would be by in the morning & they insisted on bringing them to us Never recieved such great, kind service. This will be our new autoparts store.
