Never in my life have I ever been treated so nicely in authorized retail store! these beautiful ladies Michelle & Lisa greeted me and my husband as we walk in, help us in every single way& literally made our day! I can’t explained how I wish every store had these girls personalities! They simply made us feel like Home! Knowing I needed a phone today I decided to switch to Cricket and man ! Best experience due to the superb customer service from Edwards ! Although he was helping me and another customer he was very time manageable and still got me out the way quickly ! Got some awesome deals and a few perks thanks to him helped me start my birthday off right ! Thanks again Edwards . Excellent work yo , Very positve and spontaneous Customer Service attitude !!! Definitely will be staying with cricket! Happy Holidays
