Such a great place to shop. Very well stocked, great deals and very nice and organized store. The best part was the customer service we received from supervisor Ayanna. She is very professional, courteous and efficient! Thank you for making our shopping experience so enjoyable 😉 5 stars for Ayanna!!!

I was pleasantly surprised very well stock with all kinds of items. I was looking for a suit plenty to choose from. Many sales are going on with even 50% off on many items. They only thing was disappointing that they didn't do alterations on suites and pants. Very nice staff members always said hello. Great guest engagement!

JCPenney is one of the main stores I frequent in my town. While they may have a limited supply of certain items, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making for an enjoyable shopping experience. The employees are always willing to assist customers and offer advice, which is greatly appreciated when searching for specific items. Additionally, the store is well-organized and easy to navigate, making the shopping experience even more enjoyable. Despite the limited supply, JCPenney remains a go-to destination for me.

Take the time to go through the clearance racks and you will find some deals. I looked through the dresses and found several cute casual styles. Some were marked down. And the staff there is super nice. Sephora is a hugh let down.... EMPTY SHELVES!!!! Thank you

I was doing some pre-prom shopping, I went in the back and looked for a jacket, 50% off, found some pants, 70$ usually, on sale for 37$. Happy with these savings I went to the counter. When I got there, a manger gave me ANOTHER coupon and I got 40% of my total purchase. I only paid a third of my total cost!! I wore the suit to prom and Several events after. This store has good items for great deals.

You can usually find pretty good deals on all the name brand clothes like Nike, Adidas, Dickies, Levi's, etc. For bargain hunters they usually have a good amount of clothes on clearance for fairly cheap. I one bought $140 worth of clothes for $35. Also it is a nice place to bring your little as mine loves to run around all the clothes. It really makes him happy and that makes me happy. The staff is always helpful and informative.

The day after Black Friday, Wow! The lines were long, but moving very quickly. Service was above good, the associate that greated me had a smile7 the whole time she was working, at least while7 I was in line.

JCPenney's has a great selection on a lot of clothes with reduced pricing. I found some good t-shirts and shorts for the summer. Also their customer service is great. One of the cashiers was able to give me 10% or my purchase. There's plenty of parking as well.

The first order of Bermuda shorts shipped with someone else's order instead of mine. Everyone makes mistakes. But the return and reorder of them at a store was expedited and delivered to the store for pickup (my choice) within about three days. I consider that good service.

Good customer service. But need to restock shelves for the men's white crewneck t-shirts extra large small medium large double x so forth and gold to e socks nothing in there for me to buy been there twice still waiting
